Donahue Roofing took care of my damaged roof from ice dams that caused leaking into my home. I called them in the evening when I noticed WATER coming in, and they were there the next morning. Great communication with everyone involved. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Donahue in the past for roofing projects so was very comfortable to contactthem for my current work. They didn’t disappoint in installing a new roof, repaint on the house and deck expansion plus restain. The crafts brought in were all very professional, clean and fast. Donahue Roofing & Siding was very professional from the first call. All the staff were kind and conscientious of their work environment. They made sure to cause as little disruption as possible. All the debris from the roof was disposed of, I didn't find any loose nails or parts of shingles laying around. The job manager took the time to answer all questions and addressed the concerns of the tenants in the building. The roof looks great! I would definitely use Donahue again.

We own a property management company in Bozeman Mt. Two clients with a total of 5 buildings needed new roofs. After trying at least 5 roofers in Bozeman with no response and or no bids available for weeks, we decided to give Donahue a call. Mitch met me on site just a few days later and then presented two quick bids. Everything went smooth after that! Communication was great and all roofs were installed without any issue! When the horrific hail storm hit in June of 2023, we experienced quite a bit of damage to our home. We contacted Donahue Roofing to get an estimate for repairs. Donahue worked with our insurance company to get us the best possible claim allowance for our damages. Rob and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. With all of the damage in the area, it took a bit before we could get the repairs underway, but once the job started Donahue quickly got to work. We appreciate their concern for our damage and making things right. They even did a repair job on our fireplace chimney which turned out to be an outstanding repair job. They fixed all issues and guaranteed we would not continue to have problems. I greatly appreciate their work and willingness to communicate and correct. This is what local companies are all about! We purchased our home in 2019 and the siding was replaced before we moved in, prior owner selected Donahue(August 2019 hail storm occurred while we were closing). Siding was "replaced". The entire first year, I attempted to get Donahue to come fix siding, as it was falling off all over the house. The siding was obviously never properly installed. My husband has been trying for years to get them to correct what they did. The owner even came out to our house FINALLY this summer 2023 after years of messages and voicemails and admitted that they needed to repair the work. They said they'd order new siding to fix some areas in July and haven't been heard from since. I'm tired of it at this point, Everytime someone was sent out in 2019/2020 in the first year, they would say things like " this just wasn't done right" and one guy even nailed some vinyl siding onto the garage that kept repeatedly falling off and said that was a temp fix. I am extremely worried that they even neglected to put house wrap on certain parts of our home after seeing more of the siding warp and sag. We've had pieces of siding falling off since the month we moved into our home, which has been so frustrating since it was all brand new siding. They didn't replace some of the vinyl corners, you can tell they literally cut corners by reusing hail damaged pieces. Unfortunately as first time home buyers we learned a lot, and I'm just so disappointed that in the process of closing this company was selected, because they are a local company I thought would stand by their work. We were told by the seller they warrantied work for a year, unfortunately we never saw the result of that. *Back to edit to say that they did follow through, and fixed a lot of the siding-including corners that weren't done right the first time. Looks much better!! Unfortunately, the very next day, right after they picked up their supplies, an entire piece of siding fell right back off. I let the owner know, they said that's frustrating, and nothing since. Do with that what you will!

Easy decision, BEST IN THE BUSINESS HANDS DOWN! House looks great again. Awesome cleanup crew, I tip my hat. JOB WELL DONE! Definitely will be using them in the future for anything.

Donahue Roofing has installed roofs on four buildings for us in the past year, and we wouldn't even consider using another company. Rob definitely knows his business, and it's obvious to us that he makes customer service his #1 priority.
He not only answered all of our questions during the consultation, but he also made sure we were aware of other important information (insurance process, etc.) that hadn't even occurred to us. We really appreciated his detailed quotes & variety of options for materials too.
The entire team, from laborers to the owners, paid careful attention to details, kept us informed, and made us feel like valued customers. They also left our yard cleaner than it was before they started!

Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional business that should be avoided at all costs. They repaired my moms roof, which started leaking shortly after. So we contacted them and they said they had no prior record of repairing our roof......even though we had all the proper paperwork. They gave us the run around. They did awful work and didn’t stand behind it at all. DO NOT use them!! They are AWFUL. I know several others that have had similar issues with this company and I have no idea how they are in business.

Had Donahue do our roof after getting a recommendation from a friend. The representative they sent out was from out of state. The roof went on fine but they did a terrible job of cleaning up. Entire packs of nails were left in the driveway.
The worst part was I had follow up questions and needed a more detailed receipt. I called and left 3 messages and no one returned my calls. I also sent 2 emails and still haven’t had a response a year later!
I won’t do business with Donahue again.

Billings WORST …TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST. This guy sent his crew to replace the roof on my neighbors house. After pounding on my door at 645 this morning, I told his worker we were under quarantine. Not satisfied with my answer, they insisted on coming onto my property, when I objected again, the owner was call to my address. After again refusing my request to leave my property, he called the cops and told them I was causing problems. After speaking with BPD Officers and thanking them for coming out, they told the owner to stay off the property and leave us alone. None of his workers used any safety equipment while on the roof, nor did the anyone who interacted with me wear a mask. I understand why they did not clean up the mess they made on my property; however, a trail of nails and other roofing material they removed, is strewn to the street for blocks. The behavior of the owner of Donahue Roofing is and was, totally unprofessional. It's hard to believe, in these troubled times, anyone could be so rude and uncaring to an elderly couple.

We are very pleased with the look and quality of our new roof.
The crew that completed the work were excellent workers and did an excellent clean up as well.
Dylan Donahue was always available and checked on the work often.
He was prompt with bid and follow up.

Very professional, helpful, efficient, and my roof looks amazing. This is the first time I've had to file an insurance claim and Rob has been very helpful and patient with me and I've had a ton of questions and he's helped get the answer to them all.

These guys are experienced local roofers who really know their craft. They responded quickly and developed a great system to stop the leaks I had been having, and installed a quality roof in a very professional and friendly manner. Great people!
