We were having trouble with our GMC Sierra being stuck in 4WD low on a very cold day, and trailer in tow. And it was just about closing time on a Saturday. Limped into Don Noyes not expecting much but Service Manager Pat freed himself to take a look knowing we were somewhat in distress.
He had a hack and fixed it on the spot, at least to get out of low for the time being! Not surprised he had a hack to try, but really appreciated his ability to read the situation and help us out. The kind of community dealership we do not have enough of anymore.

Brought our new truck in for oil and filter change plus a small issue that was addressed. Excellent service and more importantly friendly staff!!!

My truck threw some codes and went into limp mode. The service team sprung into action and had me back on the road in no time. Made a follow up appt for the following week for service and my experience was outstanding. I'll be back for sure.

When my car was acting up and I wasn’t sure what was going on I got a hold of Noyes and they helped me immediately knowing there was a serious problem. My motor could have blown up but instead an employee ( THANK YOU JORDAN) met me on a Sunday when they were closed and got me a loaner! Something they didn’t have to do but did without hesitation! Susan and Austin were friendly and more than helpful when my check engine light came on and my car began stuttering late on a Friday afternoon. They plugged it in and ran codes for me, and had someone come look under the hood to make sure there wasn’t anything glaringly wrong. While they were unable to fix the problem (I have a Subaru, not a Chevy), they were able to give me advice on what to do next. I appreciated their willingness to help a new customer that didn’t have a Chevy vehicle but had limited options away from home going into the weekend!

Editing review after Don Noyes personally worked with me to rectify my negative experiences at his dealership. In fact, he called me within a couple of hours (if not within an hour) of leaving my negative feedback. He explained that his service team never made him aware of my situation or dissatisfaction, and he was very apologetic and promised to work with me to provide me with a new experience.

It did take some time to get it all worked out, mainly due to mutual scheduling conflicts, but Don Noyes came through! Not only did he provide an excellent deal on a new vehicle purchase, he is refunding all of the money I sank into my lemon AND the cost of it minus the mileage I put on it.

I also found Don to be very kind and genuine. I enjoyed my visits with him and it’s very clear that he cares about his customer’s satisfaction. He really turned my entire attitude around regarding used car dealers and I don’t know that I’ve ever been treated better by a dealer.

When I first called to inquire about tires, I was asked some questions about my wants. I had the tire I was looking for and was told I’d hear back later that day with a quote from parts and an arrival date. Susan called back less than 5 minutes later with an “out the door” price that included everything yet came in under anything located online. The day of the appointment, I called and spoke with Austin, double checking that the tires arrived that morning. He confirmed. Was greeted at the door by Susan, she reviewed the work order with me and asked about my preference of white walls. I spent my waiting time in the room with four other customers. The owner, Don, came in to check on everyone’s needles and progress. He addresses each individual person and held a conversation with the each. I appreciate that my well behaved Labrador is allowed to visit and is treated just as I am. When my truck was ready, I paid and redeemed GM rewards easily. Susan walked me to my truck to make sure everything was as expected, it was pouring rain out. I don’t mind driving an hour and half for this service!

Great small town sales and service staff . Bypass the big dealership BS and deal with people that take the time to know and understand you.

I bought my 2024 Equinox Premier from my local dealer, Don Noyes Chevrolet in Colebrook, NH. From the very start, I have had nothing but positive experiences from the day I stopped to look for a car. Don Noyes is the owner, he treats you like family. When he says he is going to do something, he surely does it. Great sales department personnel, they all help each other out.

I have had two outstanding experiences with the Service Department at this dealership (I only have 6400 miles). The service department is exceptional from the employees who work on my car, to the people on the service desk, to Pat the service manager. I am always treated with respect. Nothing but professional, kind and caring service for their customers. I’ve been driving for 50 years and have never had such great experiences!

Don and his employees helped me so much when I totaled my Toyota Highlander in February of 2024. I waited for a Traverse to come in but there were several delays from the manufacturer. I needed a car, even though Don lent one to me, so I went to see him. I left that day with my new Equinox.

Came by Noyes Chevrolet Thursday May 23rd with an issue with my GMC Denali showing low voltage. They were amazing and got us in, in very short order. Load tested the battery and determined we needed a new battery. Replaced the battery and tested everything and we were back on the road. Incredible service thank you very much.

As always the service was incredible. Alex was very great and made sure all my questions were answered. The atmosphere at the dealership is always friendly and you can tell the staff is treated well!

I went in for an Inspection and the personnel noted an oil and grease was very overdue and asked if I would like it done while there. I have found all personnel to be very gracious and helpful and go out of their way to make things comfortable for me. I thank everyone for excellent service

When ever we had service done with this dealership, it has been exceptional. People are great to work with. Would not want to go anywhere else.

All service went very well with Noyes and I have no problem with them. I do have a paint issue with my 2019 Silverado. On both front fenders the paint is peeling off. I bought resist-all paint protection when I purchased the vehicle for $695 as well as an original undercoating, and then a resist-all undercoating and touch up. Basically I've spent close to $2,000 in preventive maintenance and now I'm told GM is not doing anything about the paint issue they know about and it is not covered under my paint protection plan. I don't feel I should be the one that has to pay to fix this issue on a 4 year old truck that cost $40,000+ . Again, not the dealerships issue.

The folks at Moyes Chevrolet were absolutely fantastic! I broke down on my way home to Virginia from Pittsburg and they worked me in to get me up and running. They even let us set our camper up in the lot so we had a place to spend the night. Albion went above and beyond to get my truck fixed. I am extremely grateful for the hospitality I was shown!

Easy inspection sticker process. Had an appointment next day and re-test when I needed wiper blades. They were definitely needed. My old wiper blades were in terrible shape.

It was something very simple. The problem was a button on the console between the two front seats. Could of fixed myself. Next time I will know to check it.

Came in on a Saturday and they were short staffed. The owner helped us out personally and really went out of his way to take care of us.

When Ive asked to use a loaner vehicle. They wouldn't let me borrow one. They had said that they do not have any loaner vehicles. I know for a fact they do be susr when I got tired on last week, some guy was getting a loaner vehicle to use.

This is my second purchase with Noyes Chevrolet. The experience on all counts was relaxed and enjoyable. Initially Devin worked with me then Reggie seamlessly continued the first purchase.
During the next purchase, just a few days ago, Don Noyes spent time familiarizing me with the the way the process of car buying developed at his dealership. He took time to answer any questions as well as assuring me of the community family he was developing through the sales and service he provides.

I took my leased vehicle to Noyes Chevrolet in Colebrook, New Hampshire, to correct a problem which was under warranty. Yikes, the dreaded check engine light was on. That light makes me panic. The problem was quickly identified by an expert mechanic and an appointment date was made for the repairs. It was determined that my vehicle was safe to drive in the interim.

When I brought my vehicle in for the repairs, Susan, my Service Advisor and a very pleasant lady, provided a loaner vehicle for me at no cost. I really liked that. No cost, eh! Wow!

My car was ready for me the next day. And my problem was fixed. Fantastic! No cost, no hassle!

I had a small issue with the new car as far as the winter package and Noyes made a great deal with me to make up for the disappointment I had felt with my new contact.
