I will never why people go to home depot. These folk are friendly, more knowledgeable and their products are better.

Massive thanks to Tom at Belletetes for going above and beyond to fix countless problems with a cabinet manufacturer (Wolf Cabinetry). Much of the original cabinets were completely unacceptable and Tom made sure that every replacement piece was not damaged and to a good standard. The quality of Wolf was so terrible, multiple replacements had to be requested time and time again, until a decent product arrived. Belletetes handled everything for me. They even went as far as replacing an entire island and coordinating the whole process. It's been a long haul, but I'm a very happy customer and Tom and his team worked hard to make things right for me. I highly recommend Belletetes of Pembroke!

One of the better hardware stores in the state, personable knowledgeable staff goes out of their way to help you every time!

I use to avoid this place when it was AB lumber it seems to cater to contractors and they never seemed to want to help the homeowners or do it yourself people I went there looking for sliding door tracks for my barn and was helped by Eric very knowledgeable and helpful the out buildings are a little confusing and it definitely could use better signage or maybe somebody acting as a guide to point you in the right direction. saving time from driving around I am sure if I continue to use this store I will become more familiar with the layout it does seem to be nice store.

I'm very happy with how our flooring was delivered. I was sure that they wouldnt be able to put the palate up near the house. When we got home it was at the top of our steep driveway!!! Awesome job guys, way more than I thought. Thank you Kathleen for superior services. We can't wait to see the awesome vanity we purchased through you as well.

It isnt ab anymore. From what I recall it had better grade lumber before... but it is undercover.. not water logged hd...

Walked into the Pembroke location to get a couple items. It was around 0730 and there are 2 employees at the checkout. One on the phone the other on the computer. So I go to the side with the employee on the computer. He looks at me and does not say a word. I'm the only one standing there. No one
else around. Its obvious I'm standing there needing help. I stand the for about 3 minutes and not a word from this guy. He just keeps typing and does not say a word to me. So I walk out.....It was my first and last time going there.

I love A&B Lumber. Those men and women over there are so helpful and always on point. Every time someone talks about Home Depot or Lowe's I try to talk them into using A&B Lumber. Doors and windows that you order always come in when they say they're going to. And they don't beat around the bush. Customer service and product is phenomenal.

Great selection of building supplys, lumber, hardware and specialty barn and stable hardware and accessories. Also a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came from Central MA to pick up some barn doors and hardware. Only place around with in stock barn doors and door grills. Very satisfied with my experience!

The folks at A&B Lumber are attentive they try to help you out as best they can,prices are average they do not give any kind of a senior discount or VA veterans discount which is unfortunate but I have dealt with them in the past and the products are good

As mentioned in other reviews, great products, price is slightly higher than bigger Comercial stores but not by much, well worth it, very friendly staff

When you want good product without warps or cracks pick these guys. You may pay a bit more but they have a drive thru loading dock and will help you get everything in place. They even deliver big orders! Nothing but great customer service every time.
