Mike and his team did a job for us a few years ago to mitigate a mold problem and we could not be happier with the work they performed. But that's not what I would like to tell you about.
Recently, an elderly friend of mine arrived at his apartment to find his wife standing outside watching the fire dept working on putting out a fire in their building. Turned out the fire was in his apt. and had started in the dish washer, of all places. The next day I ran into him and he told me about how
the fire spread quickly and caused serious smoke damage throughout the whole apt. and was uninhabitable. Fortunately the apt. complex had a furnished apt. temporarily available but he had to get all his belongings out asap. and he didn't know where to turn next. I put him in touch with Mike and within a few days all his belongings that where salvageable where in storage, cleaned, and he had an inventory for the insurance company.
Every time I see him he mentions Mike and his team and how great they where to work with. I definitely would recommend them.

MRP came to the rescue when I had a damaging water leak in a wall of my house that could not be located by two different plumbers. I was at a loss of how I was going to get the problem fixed until I found MRP. They were able to locate the source of the leak, and perform all the necessary restoration work after the leak was repaired. The MRP team was great and I greatly appreciated the work that they did.

I was so happy with their work that I hired them for four more jobs that I needed done for my house! (Kitchen ceiling repairs, back deck work, front porch work and door related repairs.)

I would definitely recommend them, and they will be who I contact first when I need anything else done!

MRP got the job done on time. Excellent workmanship. Excellent customer service. Owner kept me advised and documented all the work being done. MRP provided before and after pictures of the work. A very detailed estimate was provided to me, that really helped me understand the scope of the project. I would highly recommend MRP to everyone.

I haven’t had the need or opportunity to use their service but I do know the people that own this business and they are wonderful and trustworthy. If the need for their service arises I would not hesitate to use them.

MRP really helped us out! They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They came in and rescued us before the bad weather came. We will definitely ask them to come back to do more later. They have our highest recommendation.

Great company they are on time, on point, and handle their business methodically, professionally, excellent communication and they handle all the communications with your insurance company, get you paid, document everything they are doing, the site supervisors Jack in particular is a pleasure to deal with, has an amazing breathe of knowledge regarding restoration, construction, and communication. These guys are the best in the area look no further they get it done.

Mike and his team of professionals were amazing! John the foreman paid attention to details and was very communicative with my wife and kept her in the loop on all decisions. They went above and beyond and we could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the timeliness as well. I will be using them again in the near future and highly recommending them!

Mike and his team are very professional. They are so responsive, which is a minimum in the restoration industry, but they also know what to do when they show up to your property. It's hard to stay in business unless you have a solid reputation and lots of return customers and referrals: that's why they have been in business since 1999. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

I called MRP after a tree fell on my house. They came that day and covered my roof and did the work that week. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to do anything. They worked fast and everything looks great. Very professional. They cleaned up the everything and you cant even tell they were there. I highly recommend MRP to everyone.

We had a water heater break and flood our basement on a late Sunday afternoon. Jack was very responsive to our situation by phone and came out to inspect the flooding that same night. He dispatched Ryan and Bill about an hour later to remove water and setup fans for overnight. They were all courteous, informative and professional. Thank you MRP!

Horrible experience with the company and it’s owner. They took my 50% deposit to do the job and did less than 10% of the work. Kept promising to come back and finish the job, but never did. Never returned phone calls either. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau that they never responded to either. If you want to give away your money and wait for nothing to be done, then this is the company for you! Otherwise, I’d recommend that you stay far away from them.

I want to express how absolutely pleased I am with how my parents apartment came out. Little back story..... We had blown in insulation done at the beginning of June. It ended up in the air ducts and came through the vents and all over the downstairs apartment. Fine dust particals and debris was everywhere. The insulation company tried to get a regular house cleaner in and this created horrible dust in the air. It wasn't very good for my mom, as she has breathing issues and was suffering. When MRP was approved to come do the work, they got in right away. Their employees, Jack, Nicole and Nate were so very professional, kind and considerate. They took care of everything in my parents place as if it was their own. No harsh chemicals were used. The place just smelled clean! What an amazing experience. They all worked lovely together. I'm super impressed and thankful. Thank you MRP and crew ☺️ Mike, you have a wonderful company with extremely awesome employees. Although I have only been with MRP for almost two months, it has been a great experience. Coming in with no experience, they have been beyond patient and understanding with me and have been completely willing to train side by side with me so I fully understand the job. I don't usually do reviews but was so impressed by the professional and quality work by MRP I wanted to share. We had extensive damage to our home from water damage. The workers were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure there was no mold present. The end results to the interior of our home were amazing! Thank you MRP !

We had some very bad water damage from a water heater that had let go over the weekend at our truck garage. Including sheetrock and carpet being ruined.
Mike and the team at MRP came right in and restored everything back to better than before. They handled everything from demolition to painting.
There is no one else who does as great a job as MRP!

Several years ago I owned a single family home as a rental. The tenants had left the basement tightly closed up during the wetter months. As a result I had a serious mold problem develop. Mike at MRP saved the day [or should I say "years"] for me. I previously had a construction background, but no knowledge of mold remediation. Mike sure did!!!
Within a very reasonable time and at a very reasonable cost the problem was solved. Further testing gave the property a clean bill of health.

We have used both MRP Construction and MRP Mitigation Services over the years and have been completely satisfied with the quality of the work, professionalism of their workman and cost to complete.each project. The mitigation work was covered by insurance and MRP was very patient with respect to receiving payment for the work upon completion given the insurance company representative's other than speedy reimbursement of the claim.

MRP has been doing a large renovation on my home. I wish I could post pictures here. The work is beautiful and I am very happy. Keep up the good work MRP!!
