Bought a home recently that needed a bathroom ceiling repair and fan replacement. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Chris came timely to give me the quote and was very polite and professional. Mike completed the job and was terrific! Site was cleaned up each day and end result is smooth ceiling and fan installed perfectly. Company was excellent in communication and Mike came back for each step of the process exactly when he said he would. Highly recommend them as they make sure all aspects are taken care of. Sending their electrician to look at all of my old wiring to make sure I am safe in my home since Mike found some issues he was able to correct for the job he did.

I am very skeptical about having my car done anywhere, but they have always been very honest and not greedy about money. Jeff has s very honest and had always treated us well. I won't go anywhere else!

My experience with Don Huey Custom Building has been dreadful. Initially, I read a lot of the terrible reviews, but reached out to Don Huey Custom Building hoping that my experience would be different. Unfortunately, my experience has been no different than many other disappointed customers. Customer Service with Don Huey Custom Building has been appalling.

The project manager, Corey, never reached out to me to schedule an appointment for an estimate. After numerous calls, he finally gave me a call and we scheduled the estimate to be done. After the estimate was completed nearly three weeks ago, however, I have not received the estimate or a time frame for when the job could be completed. Maybe this is routine, and the level of sub-par customer service is what customers should expect from Don Huey, but I was hoping for something better.

Don Huey Custom Building should know that practicing good customer service is also what keeps customers coming back over time. Don Huey Custom Building should know that poor customer service encourages a poor reputation in the community and drives customers away to competitors with superior customer service.
