Sometimes in this world you run into angels who go above and beyond to help someone in need. Tonight this towing company actually did just that, they went above and beyond to help my daughter in her time of need while being stranded on the side of the road. I want to extend a special thank you to him and his wife and say that if they lived where I’m from I would use Don Huey Automative and Don Huey Automative only. They took extra care to make sure that she made it somewhere safe and secure, and I thank them sincerely. God bless you.

I hit something in the road and blew my tire. AAA dropped the ball and told me that they couldn't send any technicians to help me. Next morning I call again and they sent Phil out. He was so helpful and so sweet but informed me that he had been on call but AAA didn't contact him. Regardless, he got there really quickly (dealt with my poor knowledge of the area), put my spare on, and got me on my way.

Earlier Today, Thanksgiving 2024 (before daylight, while raining) I called AAA, then directly to Don Huey to help with my flat tire. I’ve never had ANY SERVICE as fast as they reported. We were connected to their towing service through AAA, and I would most definitely use them again. The driver, Keith, arrived in about 25 minutes to our location. He was willing to wait for the service call to come in when the service changed from a battery service(he checked and it turned out not to be the issue) to a tow(AAA actually sent the tow request to another company, which meant we would have had to wait an additional hour rather then use the truck that was present on site). Keith was willing to wait so he could receive the request, meaning we didn't have to be out until midnight waiting for another truck. Keith was professional, friendly, and so very helpful. We would both use this company again and recommend to others. Thank you!

My daughter is a student at IUP. Her car is not the greatest but needs to last 1.5 more years. In a situation where a kid could easily be taken advantage of these guys did the exact opposite. They gave her a loaner car and had her car (with a new water pump and serpentine belt) back to her by close of business and at a very fair price. I can’t say enough good about these guys and recommend for anyone but especially anyone who has a kid there and are far away from home. God bless!!

We broke down on 119 on our way north, these guys picked us up after calling nationwide roadside service, none of the places I called could fit us in to fix our brake issue today, but when DH auto n truck picked us up they let us know they had a garage on site and could get us in today.

Not only were they quick and friendly, but they had good prices too and a playground there which was great cuz my kids were in the car with me :-)

Exceptional service and all work was completed very well and in a timely fashion! They do not do "add ons”. If it isn’t broken, they don’t fix it. If it’s going to need repaired or replaced, they will let you know. Highly recommended.
