Nicole and her crew are the best! I had been getting quotes for a whole roof repair to be done in august and went with dog tags due to the fair price and ability to work with me with financing, as well as the speedy timeline. In 2 days they took off the old roof, repaired some deficiencies with the old rafters and reopened proper ventilation for it. The crew were tidy and efficient. and just to show the kind of person nicole is, while inspecting the access, she noticed a carpenter ant infestation so she recommended a great exterminator in north haven for called Non Tox who was knowledgeable and fair on price! Good people know good people. just in time for the insane amount of rain this year. Dont hesitate to contact them !

Unfortunately I had a really negative experience with Dog Tags Construction. I hired Nicole and her team to repair a couple of leaks in my roof. Nicole was very communicative ahead of time, which I really appreciate, but when I was asking some questions about the estimate, she revealed that she hadn't even gone up on my roof when she came to check it out, just going off of where I said the leaks were in the house. That certainly gave me pause, and I wish I had listen to my instincts, but I hired her anyway. When her workers came to do the job, they started pointing out other issues with the roof, and Nicole said I really should replace it, but they were already halfway done with the repairs, so what was I to do other than hope the repairs would be good enough for now. Low and behold, one of the areas they worked on was still leaking after the repairs were done. I contacted Nicole about either fixing it, replacing the whole roof at a somewhat discounted rate, or returning some of the cost from the repairs. She became extremely defensive, blamed my for not wanting to it properly to begin with, and was overall quite nasty. She took my money and wouldn't do anything to make it right. Initially I really appreciated her communication and seeming professionalism, but it turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I've had.

I was very impressed of the work that they had done again due to replacing our doors. The price is fair compared to others and Nicole is a sweet heart and listens to what you want and she is very thorough . Her crew cleans up after themselves . Definitely I would recommend her .

They do excellent work at a fair price! It has been a year since Dog Tags installed new siding and gutters and the house looks just as good today as the day they finished. Nicole and her team are wonderful to deal with. Everyone was prompt, courteous and neat. I have received many compliments about how good the house looks and about how the siding and trim are installed so well. I recommend Dog Tags Construction to anyone.

The huge difference was they took the time to explain the process and the products being used! They give you lots of information.
