Our roof was damaged due to a hail storm last year. Skyway Roofing team was professional, time savvy and the team from Jesse to the entire labor team respected our home and delivered a beautiful new roof product. Would recommend.

Really great, family run business. Great communication, on time, quality job, at a good price. In my opinion this is a high value company. All you need to do is look around the New Haven area and see all the Skyway signs in everyone’s lawn. No heatitation in recommending this company’s Roof and gutters in a day, no mess left behind, dumpster here and gone in 24 hours.

Family run business price was a little high compared to some others but they offered more financing choices which is useful when you weren't prepared to have to do a roof. Fast and clean work.

Skyway did an amazing job. Started at 8am and finished up by 4 pm. They cleaned up great afterwards. I was concerned about dumpster being parked in front of my garage and not being able to get out the following day but it was picked up at 5:30am as promised. Skyway is a family business which has been operating for over 35 years. We wanted a local company and not some big corporation! We liked that they were a family run business! Truly did an amazing job all within one days work to get my entire roof replaced. Coming in at the cheapest quote as well after speaking with four other companies with a great deal. Their front office especially Deborah were amazing to speak to and assist with the entire process. They even came back to fix an issue where our bay window top metal piece popped out the other day! They stand by their quality! My only suggestion is after they clean up the nails, get your own magnet walker as I did find some nails around the yard after understandably after so much work. Would recommend these people for anyone who needs a whole new roof!

There are many reasons why I chose Skyway for my project the primary reason was customer service! Skyway rep Jesse came to my home on multiple occasions and I was able to reach him by cell during the whole siding project. Jesse was on site every day during the install and after. Other reasons were business reputation, pricing offers and great financing options. The Skyway installation team were also great! So professional and respectful of my property, they answered all questions and ask me what my preference was on certain things. Team was able to install new siding, gutters, 1-window and wrap all windows with aluminum in 4-days! The clean-up was also great yard looked better afterwards. Would definitely have them work on house again.

Simply amazing company to deal with for a roof replacement. They were extremely friendly and professional. Deborah and her family team went well beyond customer care. They will walk you through every step and help you with any budget. Their team showed up at 7:30 am and finished at 12:30 am on the same day, everything was wrapped and covered in our garden/deck and not a single nail or old shingle piece left behind. I would not even bother to look up another Roofing Company as they are definitely the best.

We were so happy to learn that Skyway now also does skylights. Our first experience with them when they replaced our roof was so good we called them first to quote replacing our skylights. We decided to go with them and they did not disappoint! Cody, Deborah and the installers were all polite, helpful, accommodating and generous. If you don’t consider them, you’re missing out!

Skyway was one of three companies we got an estimate from.. they quickly came out and explained the whole process. We we selected them because of the knowledge and history doing this work.
They were really great in keeping us informed on what was going on and when to expect the service. The day of the work , was very smooth and the workers cleaned up and put everything back the way it was originally. Skyway stuck to their word and delivered!

It was a pleasure working with Skyway Roofing. After picking our shingles the materials were ordered and delivered to our driveway and two days later we were scheduled for work to begin. Our job required ripping off the existing shingles first. I left for work before they arrived and when I returned home they were gone. All we were left with was a beautiful roof and no evidence they were even there. I would definitely recommend them if your in need of a roof in fact we will be using them next year for our siding and windows.

Skyway Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof! From the start, they provided the best quote and were incredibly prompt in their communications. We appreciated their flexibility in agreeing to add a flex duct to our bathroom exhaust fan, connecting it to the outside, along with fixing our chimney.

On the day of the job, their team arrived bright and early, ready to work. They efficiently completed the entire roof by 3:30 PM, which was impressive. What stood out even more was their thorough cleanup; you’d never know a major roofing project had just taken place.

The huge team came in and took care of business in two days and Darrel was great to work with. I'm having them come out again this week to bid more work. I would give them 5 stars if they did the job right from the beginning without coming back to fix what needed to be fixed on my roof however Deby at the office was helpful and sent her main guy Elivan and he spent about 2 hours fixing what the first crew from skyway left behind thank you again Debra and thank you Elivan

This was my first time having a roof replaced and Skyway made the entire project a breeze. Deborah was always available to walk me through the process or talk through any concerns. The roof replacement itself was done in a single day with gutters replaced the next day. I was impressed by how quickly the entire project was done. The biggest decision was choosing the color of the tiles—Skyway took care of everything else!

Just had our roof replaced by Skyway this past week. Unfortunately storms delayed the completion until the next morning, but the guys were there early and finished up before noon. Yard and driveway all cleaned up and checked for nails. Very happy with the job and would highly recommend them. Everyone we dealt with was great. Before (with the streaks) and after pics.

We just had our home roof replaced by Skyway and couldnt have been happier. What was the icing on the cake was when we asked them to come back to fix an issue, they were on site the next morning to finish the job. I would HIGHLY recommend Skyway Roofing to do your home improvement project. The office answered all my questions and gave me a detailed and fair quote. They were very professional, the clean up was excellent and the job was done in one day. They even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I give them a ten out of ten.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Left the garbage in the yard and it blew all over the neighborhood. When I called to complain they said they ran out of room in the truck and they would come back but it stayed there overnight. They also had to return to do the job originally hired for. Felt like I was chasing these people down from day one. 7 months later, the roof is leaking in the same spot and a new professional indicates it was never sealed properly and water is getting under the shingles when the wind blows them up. Waste of money and now there’s additional damage. You get what you pay for.

Cody and his family are great people and great to work with. They did my father’s roof 10 years ago and now ours. From the dropping of their materials to the timing of their crew’s arrival to our home, there were no hiccups. They said our two story colonial would be a one day job and it was.
We have 3 dogs and we were very concerned about clean up of any sharp materials from the roof demo. When the instal was done, Cody walked the property repeatedly with his crew to make sure there were no nails or sheet metal our dogs could get hurt from.
The instal went well and looks great. We are now asking them to quote replacement of our vinyl siding!

I called several roof contractors to give me an estimate or call me back. No responses from them.
I saw a Sky Way lawn sign and called them. They came out the next day and gave me a detailed estimate that was very resonable. I call them and spoke with Debbie (the owner) and she gave me several catalogs to pick roofing colors. We ordered the shingles and Sky Way came out in 2 days for the installation. They finished in 1 day and did an amazing job. They cleaned up the entire area as if nothing ever happened at the home.One of the owners was at the site supervising the entire job.
They were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Sky Way roofing to anyone. They are true proffesionals

Our experience with Skyway roofing was wonderful, they are clearly a professionally run business that puts customer service first. We recently had our roof, Gutters and skylight replaced by them. The workmanship for the install on all three for flawless, From the estimate to the completion of the job was coordinated perfectly. At the end of the job, the cleanup was such that our home and property looked better than when they started.

April 2024. Skyway Roofing of North Haven was contracted to replace the roof of my home as well as gutters at a very reasonable cost. Their price coupled with the excellent reviews online made the choice easy. From the point of contact through the estimation process to the completion of the work I can say I’m very pleased with this company. They were very attentive to my questions and concerns where needed. The crew arrived at the appointed time and swarmed my little home with out delay. While doing the removal and subsequent installation of the new shingles part of the crew worked on the cleanup on a continuing basis. Every worker appeared to be in a non stop mode seemingly never pausing between tasks. At the end of the day a review showed a clean yard and a beautiful new roof and gutters.

Skyway did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters. The entire process from obtaining a quote to roof and gutter installation was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing. A huge crew showed up on Thursday morning, moved everything off our deck, draped a protective mesh tarp around the whole house, removed all the old roofing tiles down to the plywood, replaced some rotting wood with new plywood, re-tiled everything, flashed around skylights and chimneys, removed old and installed new gutters, and cleaned up the yard by noon on Saturday - two and a half days from start to finish. We have a multi-level ranch with three individual roofs so I thought it would take a week, minimum. The crew was awesome- professional, courteous, focused and unbelievably hardworking. And the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend.

I would recommend Skyway to anyone for all your roofing needs. They replaced my roof yesterday and everything went well.
They did need to replace some rotted plywood and charged a fair price for doing so. The crew was impressive and when they were done, the yard was as clean as when they arrived.

We hired Skyway roofing in 2023 to rip and reroof our house. They did a good job with the roof with the exception of using architectural shingles instead of a ridge cap on one section. Thankfully my husband knew enough about roofing and we called. They sent someone the next day to fix that and we were happy with their work. HOWEVER, several months later, we get a letter from the town hall stating the permit was never paid for after several attempts to contact them. I figured there must be some misunderstanding and have called and left three voicemails with skyway with no return calls. It's disheartening to see that we paid over $10,000 for a roof and they are going to leave a $150 unpaid permit and can't be bothered to respond to me (the home owner) or the town.

**Edit: I finally received a response from the company after leaving a review. The check was mailed last week (after the towns two emails in May and December which I included a photo of, and my three calls, of which were never returned). The town confirmed they finally paid it and stated they have always had communications issues with this company. I understand mistakes happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt with my first phone call and then three. While I am thankful they finally fixed the issue, it took far too long and required constant nagging from myself and the town. Great job roofing, a lot of room for improvement in the communications department. If you would like to hear back from them, leaving a review seems to be most efficient.

Skyway roofing provided excellent and quality services. They came in like roofing ninjas and completed the work in one day. The property was spotless when the left and we couldn't be happier. The roof looks great and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
