We had a great experience with Alcraft. Fast financial services with answers and fast work! We got our roof and gutters done for our two family house. The roof was done in two days start to finish, and the gutters in one day. Great people to work with. Definitely 1000% recommend.

I had a great experience with Alcraft my first go round. I got 6 windows I seen the difference in my house in like seconds. so then I called them back to do more windows. They also did my front and back door and I got gutter guards that was done very professional. They was installed very quickly and overall just a great experience with them. If anybody’s looking for professionalism and great quality I definitely recommend Alcraft!

Mike, Sal, Dan and all the Alcraft Team installed my new roof and storm door. The work was done both timely and the quality of the work and products used surpassed my expectations. The crew arrived early in the morning and completed my roof and storm door on one day. They left the worksite cleaner then when they started. The team explained the work they would be doing, the type of products used, how long it would take and helped me with financing. It was a very easy process and the team answered all my questions with courtesy and professionalism. The pricing was fair and competitive. The roof materials are top rated and the storm door is excellent quality. Aesthetically, the roof and door are absolutely beautiful. We shopped around many companies when we needed our roof replaced. We had an active lease so there was urgency and panic with the timing of the job. All of the companies we met with we felt were just trying to push a sale on us and we felt no comfort.

We called AlCraft and from start to finish we felt they led with care and we were supported throughout the process. Pricing was more than fair and communication was excellent. It felt very much like a family working with AlCraft and we plan to use them going forward for other home improvement projects and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or projects!

Alcraft Inc is amazing ! My home needed new windows, siding, and a roof. I’m a single mother who didn’t know how I could afford to have all the repairs completed. The financing offered made it affordable and my home is now winterized, beautiful , and I didn't break the bank. The turn around time for the repairs was super fast and I wasn’t stuck in a construction nightmare. The owner of Alcraft checked in with me throughout the process and addressed every concern I had. Great job.! Great product! The roof looks great! The crew got there early, got the protective netting up and wear working by 830am. The COMPLETE roof took 1.5 days including the flashing around the chimney and pipes. The gutters were quick too. We had some minor adjustments to the schedule that Mike(owner) and his team were able to accommodate. I met Mike after it was all done! Great guy! I'd recommend Alcraft any day!

Alcraft installed a new roof, siding, windows, garage door, fencing and deck. I am pleased with the workmanship and couldn’t be happier with it. I would have loved to have given them five stars, but couldn’t because of the inordinately long wait for the completion of my smaller repairs inside the house. I give a shout out to Billy for his professionalism, steadfastness and dedication to properly completing the ceiling repairs.

I was so thrilled when Alcraft completed my deck and roof, they did such a great job and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Mike and his crew were there to answer all my questions and concerns professionally which made me feel that they’re top notch. I had a roof replacement and the crew put big holes in the ceiling of my kitchen bathroom and bedroom . They were suppose to fix but they slowed down with the repairs and up the accuses; skipping . Its been 2 weeks and the drywall is not done. I have a small home my belonging all over my p[,ace waiting the day they can return to their spot.. Thanks Alcraft.! This is my rebuilt porch and I couldn’t be more pleased! We finally have “curb appeal” !
This is the third project we have done with Alcraft and they have been consistently excellent. Mike is pleasant and professional and works with you on financing . The work started promptly and was completed quickly. The builder showed up each morning and worked all day. He was very pleasant at all times and each evening when he left the yard was completely cleaned .
I highly recommend them!

I've been a repeating client of Alcraft for several years with several projects starting in 2017
The workmanship is excellent and they always cleaned up after themselves.
I had a few projects of my own and they were willing to take away my debris a full truckload without any extra cost. Who does that now a days?

The customer service was excellent especially through covid, where the world came to a standstill and tempers ran high.
But NOT with Alcraft, Mike the own cares about the people. He went out of his way to make this customer happy even if it was at his own expense.

Would I recommend ALCRAFT for your home projects and repairs? YES, I WOULD!

Alcraft recently did a nice job and gave my mother a great deal on windows and a new deck very professional and completed it in a timely manner. Owner Mike is very nice and has integrity when dealing with things done incorrectly previously i left a bad review but they were able to correct the issue in a timely manner.

Did beautiful work on my house. Used them again to change my picture window and change my wrought iron railings to vinyl railings Walter and Angelo do great work.
I have had them side my house,change 5 doors ,new gutters,repair my chimney after it was struck my lightening, replace windows and my railings. I would recommend them to you to use .

This company was very professional. Beautiful work and great craftsmanship. Took their time to install French doors and garden window, and I’m very impressed. Also offered services to install new windows in other parts of my home and the work is amazing. I highly recommend their services!

They "replaced" our roof 6 years ago, and for a rather exorbitant cost. It's started leaking twice since then. The first time, they promised to send someone out multiple times to check it out, but nobody ever showed up much less fixed the problem. Now it's leaking again, and since it's a holiday I'm sure nobody's going to answer us anytime soon. They gave us a roof that can't survive wind and rain and haven't honored the supposed lifetime warranty.

We had our windows replaced by Alcraft, Inc. The windows needed to be specially made for our home. Not only were they top quality but cost about 30% less than our neighbors paid. This with financing that they helped us obtain have made the windows pay for themselves with the savings on our oil bill. We are very happy with Alcraft and the services they provided us.

They will mislead you to close the sale..will promise you anything and lie to customer ... owner Mike is arrogant and pompous... will talk down to customers like if they are ignorant...when issues or questions come up Mike will tend to go back to small print claus in contract...belittling a customer as if customer the customer is ignorant is not the way to do business...look else where and do your homework before you pick this incompetent company...I wish I had

From beginning to end my experience working with Alcraft was exceptional. Mike and his team are consummate professionals. They met all deadlines, finished the job within the cost they quoted me and their product quality is second to none. A great value!

Michael Mamrosch who is the president of Allcraft, Inc does not return calls. I've had this problem with my windows from the beginning, and know 5 years later still no resolution. Two of my windows have air blowing threw when it's real windy outside, Michael keep saying we'll fix the problem but never calls me back. Like I told him you were paid in full now you dont want to honor your contract. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody else you want poor service. Still waiting for the the windows to be replaced.

DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!!! They’d never return voicemails, they never come when they are supposed to. They were supposed to come here today between 11:00 - 12:00. Did they show up today? NO!!
Left a voicemail on their number, NO callback. All we want is to get the windows fixed. How hard is that.
We have call repeatedly and they take months to call you back. Very disappointed

Called them the next day, yes, yes, we are coming. Never showed up or phone call. Very frustrated, calling Better Business Bureau to let them know. They better NOT call us back after the warranty is up!!!
Going to find out who the president of the company is.
