Do it Right Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof maintenance project. Our roof now looks fabulous and I am confident that it will be perfect for years to come.

I had them replace my aging gutters 4 years ago. Since then, I have them yearly clean my gutters and roof. Very organized, easy to work with and very fair pricing. I appreciate that they text before & after pictures. I have no complaints and recommend this company.

The thorough scope of work, prices and speed at which we could get scheduled and have the project completed was exactly as expected. By far the most professional. The quality of work was fabulous and they have multiple methods of communication which kept us in the loop the whole time. Small details that needed to be adjusted at the end of the project were addressed quickly and conveniently. Change orders were very well communicated and documented and were minimal, we had budgeted significantly more. I absolutely recommend and would use this company again. There is a reason they have 140 five star reviews.

It has been a pleasure working with the team at Do It Right Roofing. They are great people who know what they’re doing. We’ve had bids from 6 different companies when it’s time to replace our cedar shacks roof. Garrett provided a fair quote with great quality work and a reliable team. While his bid is not the cheapest, he gives us the most confidence in the quality of our roof based on his knowledge and experience in the field. Their company is the only one that took the time to go over the importance of attic ventilation when transitioning from a cedar shacks roof to a new system. They took the time to break down the engineering aspects of it and explain the math to me. I would highly recommend Do It Right Roofing! We were experiencing water buildup and leaks at different points of the ceiling in our 2-story home. I found DIR Roofing on Google and reached out to Garrett to do an inspection. My wife and I were impressed with how thoroughly he documented the issue, sending both pictures and video complete with realtime explanations. Out of the options he presented, we elected to go with spot replacement of shingles and air vents. Scheduling and communication was great, and their techs were punctual and courteous. They even returned at no extra charge to fix additional leaky part of the roof that I didn’t notice until after they completed the initial repair. All in all, I had a great experience with the DIR team.

Good experience with Do It Right Roofing. They sealed my gazebo roof but after a rain storm a few spots were still leaky. I reached out to Garrett Friday evening with the concern and he had a team came out to reinspect & seal the gazebo the following week. His Project Manager, Michael, followed up with a phone call once the team was complete thanking me for my business & reinforcing that the work is warrantied & if there are any issues in the future to just call back.

I cannot express how great the Customer Service is with these folks. I had a company that replaced my entire roof in 2019, now that I am selling my house, come to find out that the roof was improperly installed. Angela was always communicating with me on the roof replacement and even with the claim I had with the previous installers. Garrett who is the owner of the company was very thorough in his inspection through and through and helped come up with several solutions to the venting issue that was caused by the improper installation from the previous installers.

Also, when I was going over the estimates I love what core values this company has. I am all about honestly and they really live up to the company name: Do it Right Roofing. Because if you do it right the first time you wouldn't have to go through what I am going through right now.

After all the texting/phone calls and Garrett coming out to make his analysis on the roof/attic/ventilation, I finally got word back from the claim I filled and the claim was approved. When we bought our house, the roof had a what's called I believe a dead spot or a low spot in it. After about a year and started to leak into the living room. So we have a team from do it right roofing out and they explained they just couldn't fix the leak but they had to actually change the slope of that part of the roof.

So they came in and made a great slope and it's been a few weeks and we haven't had any issues at all! In addition to that they helped extend a drain on the top of the roof.

A few months ago, I built a goose house and I was gonna use some of the scraps of the roof to put on top of the goose house. I explained this to the team that I would like some scraps for the goose house, and they very kindly actually put the shingles on the house themselves! Super grateful for that, as it knocked off another thing on my honey-do list! They also did a great job cleaning up all of the debris that was taken off of the roof. I would highly reccoment them!

We have a torch down roof that needed cleaning. Garrett and his team inspected the roof and provided a thorough and competitive estimate including repairs. During the cleaning process they uncovered a few additonal repairs and fixed at no additional cost. Their end of job clean up was great as well. PS - Do It Right Roofing also provided us with a video of work performed alleviating me from climbing on the roof to do any further inspection.

I had my chimney cap replaced and we decided to work up a guttering system for it as well to prevent future damage. It looks great and the workers that showed up were polite, efficient and did a great job overall. Front office staff were friendly and upfront about their entire process.
