Derrick and his team were wonderful to work with. He was able to fit me in, walk me through the whole process and what to expect. He gave me a very reasonable timeline and stayed on course. They were very reasonably priced and would recommend them for any house projects!

I now have a lovely outdoor living space that I will be able to enjoy for years to come thanks to Derrick, Marco and Chris. Chris and his team did our driveway extension and we couldn't have been more happy with the job they did. They communicated every step of the way and followed through with what they said they were going to do. They also came out prior to starting and helped talk through some ideas that we had with the driveway, to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using them again on future projects.

I highly recommend DM Roofing and Construction! They installed some uplighting on my house. Derrick was prompt about doing the job and always kept in touch before and during the project. He is an honest contractor and doesn't take advantage of people. He is going to be my "go to" company for whenever I need something done to my house!

We had a slab leak that flooded most of our home, livingroom, dining, hallway, bath, and bedroom, and part of our kitchen. These guys came to our rescue, met with the adjuster to point out all the damage. They got to work immediately on having pex put throughout the downstairs, and upstairs, so we don't have to worry about any more copper. The plumbing was complete in 2 days. Then they got to work on repairs of walls, floors, paint, floorboards, and we decided to have our shower remodeled, which came out beautiful. Even unloaded our Mule Box container with all our furniture/ boxes. Said they would come back for anything they may have missed or needing of any touch ups. I intend to use them again in the future for new kitchen countertops/backsplash. Thanks to Derrick, Marco, Chris, and their crew!

I have had Derrick and his crew do many jobs for me. The latest one was getting my Parents former home ready to sell. He and his crew did a fantastic job replacing carpet and painting the house. I even had second thoughts on selling it because they did such a great job.

Derrick and Marco remodeled our third garage into a workshop. They put in a wall with a pocket door to the rest of the garage, insulation, and a mini split A/C. They had useful suggestions (pocket door to name one) and attentive to details. Communication throughout the process was great. Hope you look into talking with them if you have a project.

DM (Derrick and Marco) Construction did a fabulous job with our barndo interior build. We appreciate the exceptional work their team has done. There aren't many construction companies you can trust these days. I wished I had used them for our initial build of the shop. We had so many water leak issues with the metal building from a previous contractor and Derrick and Marco helped me understand why there are issues and what the previous contractor need to do to correct it so DM can work on our barndo finish out.

They take pride in the quality of craftsmanship and professionalism throughout the entire project. They're a team you can talk to comfortably with, their communication have been truly impressive, and they listen to all your concerns if you have any. They're integrity shows in every aspect of the construction. Derrick and Marco exceeded our expectations and ensuring everything was done to the highest standards. DM is one of the few companies out there you can trust to get the job done correctly. I highly recommend DM and will use them again for any projects big or small.

We had them pour additional driveway and patio concrete. The work was better than what the builders had poured. They also put stone borders around our trees and made sure the stone matched our house. They kept me up to date with the progress and were very quick at getting the job done. I would definitely use them again.

Derrick’s company built the brick/stone landscape trim in the picture. I would definitely use DM Roofing and Construction again if needed. Oftentimes, I’ve found construction personnel lacking communication and follow up skills, but not Derrick. He was available when needed, gave a thorough initial consult, and explained how his build was different (i.e. using greater diameter PVC and rebar to help reinforce).

I used Derrick for this job several years ago, and I’m pleased with its quality and how it’s stood up over the test of time.

These guys have done three different projects for me and each one has been excellent. Most recently they expanded my patio to make room for a fire pit, dining area, and my hot tub. We hired DM Roofing to replace the roof on both my house and my parents house. They did an amazing job. What really stood out for me was the way they fought the insurance company to pay was impressive. They were prepared with all the appropriate pictures and documentation needed. We all know that insurance companies don’t want to pay for anything and they fight everything hoping that you will just give up. D&M Roofing did not give up and they got everything paid for. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. It was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.
