OMG , this company just the worst company ever . They made so much damage with house . They were hired as a subcontractors by my original contractor , but they work together all the time . We had to build the new front steps to my house , with h I told them how I wanted and I was hearing yes , ok , no problem . But they we doing their own thing, then there was drain pi[e by the house I was begging them for a few weeks not to cut it but box it in . DLM did not listen to me just said we will connect at the end , they never did and I had first flood in my basement with so much in damages , because I had to throw out all my good quality furnitures , remove my carpet . So to make long story short they came back with my original contractor to dig the ground and see witch pipes are not connected . And two contractors started fighting who has to do the digging. Guess what , the pipes were not connected in the first place. Took them one week to do the job , and they lied again . When I asked for the pictures of the pipe connection they did not have . Just said everything was connected, and I believed . Big mistake, less than two months I had another flood . The damages between first and the second more than $70k.
At the end my steps are not finished yet , they are leaking ,stone all around is coming out -falling down .
So please do not hire them , they are dishonest, with the poor quality of work , 0 communication skills, very sloppy , they were leaving garbage all over the working place , nails on my driveway and so many other things …
I had no chance to watch them while they were working because I had to go to work , if you hire them you need to be home and watch every step of work . But I would never recommend them to no one .
Please be very care full with them .
