I hired DJK to replace my house and garage roof after a terrible hail storm last Spring. I felt comfortable with Don and all his help with getting the job done. The crew he sent were all very good and hard workers. My house was definitely a challenge with it being over 100 years old and was constructed with plank decking. I am very satisfied with my new roof and would recommend to use this professional company!

Don Kaider owns the firm and is very active and great to communicate with about roofing. He showed up and climbed the roof with my claim adjuster. He saw the claim adjuster personally mark spots of hail damage. I got a generous homeowner insurance payment. Don mentioned beforehand that not everyone succeeds with that. Don is easy to discuss with, all aspects of a roofing job like mine., Not only that, he chose the best materials and his bid was the best among three. The finished new roofing was completed on the schedule Don informed me about, and looks great.

I would recommend Don and his company anytime. He handled it all from being on site when the adjuster came to contacting our insurance company. His crew did a great job on our roof and siding and they made sure our property was all cleaned up.

What an excellent experience was had using DJK Restoration.
Don inspected our roof, registered a claim with our insurance company and contracted full roof replacement. Don walked us through the entire process, stressing patience as he negotiated with the insurance company for us. The roof looks great with the most up to date shingles and we are very pleased we used DJK Restoration Inc. We recommend this company.

DJK installed two of our neighbors’ roofs so when we needed a new roof last year on a rental house we own, we hired them. They did an excellent job so when we had a leak in the roof on our home I immediately called the owner, Don. It was Labor Day so I wasn’t expecting him to come out but he did! He found the leak and secured tarp over the area that day because storms were forecast. He saved us from additional damage as indeed we had rain for the next 5 days! Don gave us a quote and quickly worked to obtain a building permit, order materials and schedule the work.

Our new roof was installed last Saturday and we love it. Don and his crew are professional, communicate every step of the process and the clean up was amazing. We highly recommend DJK.

Having Don settle our claim and install our new roof was a tremendous blessing. From start to finish he took care of everything step by step, and was very honest and transparent about everything. He managed to get our roof installed, and covered through our home owners insurance through storm damage. A true gentleman to do business with, I could not be happier with the result, how easy he made the process , and most importantly how beautiful the new roof came out! He was very responsive, always got back to me with any questions, and concerns I had. I highly recommend Don/ DJK/ Alpha Adjusters to anyone needing a roof, siding , anything for your home needs! Thank you again Don!!
