Division 1 Roofing - Columbia, SC

Had to go elsewhere. Had these guys come out last month. Said it would be a week because there were behind from the storm. Rashad said he would get me an estimate by end of week. 3 weeks later I call and he can’t find my account estimate and said he would have his supervisor call me. Never got a call. I have called this company 4 times just to get my estimate and have yet to receive one. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am working with Mr. Rashad Richardson from Division 1 Roofing. He is courteous, personable, professional and an effective communicator. He spent a long time (45+ minutes) up on my roof inspecting it and presented me with numerous photographs and a thorough explanation of what he’d found. He then assisted me in starting a claim with my insurance company. He is a delight to work with. He is committed to getting the best possible outcome for the homeowner. He expressed pride in his company’s high standards and their corporate support of St. Jude’s Hospital. I recommend his services very highly.
