As first-time investors, we would wholeheartedly recommend Distinctive Service Providers. Our recent project experience with them, was incredible! They successfully managed and completed our multi-family rehab project in Atlanta. My Wife and I were thoroughly impressed. Despite material constraints and one of the hottest summers on record (LOL!), they delivered high-quality work within the agreed-upon timeline. The things that stood out most to us were their expertise, their project management and that they handled everything from permits to final approvals and CO seamlessly. Their attention to detail and dedication to our project's success were instrumental and greatly appreciated. It takes a significant amount of savvy and know how to retrofit and rehab an older property up to today’s standards and codes. They pulled it off with some pretty cool workarounds when necessary and it gave our property the classic yet modern look that we were looking for. HIRE THEM WITHOUT HESITATION!!!! I own an older home that requires regular maintenance to keep it in good shape. Linton and Nate along with their team at DSP are my go tos to get to get the work done that it needs. After some frustrating experiences with other contractors, working with Distinctive Service Providers was a breath of fresh air. They were on time, professional, and the quality of our remodel is fantastic. They also were very accommodating of my dog Zoe being anxious and treated her like a queen! Definitely recommend!

Sometimes you only realize how helpless you can be when you don't have something you rely on for your work, entertainment, and just living. Once the weather changed from winter to spring, our condo's circuit breaker kept constantly tripping, which knocked out part of our kitchen, living room, and- most crucially- my husband's home office. As he works from home, the tripping circuit breaker was a complete deal breaker for him, taking down the internet and putting a complete halt to his productivity- which happened five times in two days.

The DSP team came over the same day we requested help and replaced the faulty part in less than an hour. Now it works perfectly, and we have peace of mind that we won't experience these interruptions again (and if we do, help is just a call away)!

Finding black mold in your place can be a very daunting prospect. I had another construction company renovate my place but ended up puncturing a drainage pipe inside the hall closet, without my knowledge. Several months later, I was already moved in only to discover it. I am so glad that Nate from DSP came to the rescue. They saved me from having to juggle multiple companies (mold remediation specialists, plumber, drywall) and did an outstanding job at a fraction of the cost. Not only was it done in a few hours, I had the peace of mind that it was done the right way the first time.
