My wife and I had the opportunity to meet with Kym and Thomas to discuss our basement remodeling. We just purchased our home with an unfinished basement. Thomas and his crew came in and did a fabulous job. Thomas created an office, bed room, bathroom and game room for us. His work was on time and on budget! Three weeks later our home was complete. Thomas was upfront about pricing and even suggested we have Home Depot do the carpeting because he knew he could not beat their price on free installation. He kept us informed every step of the way with pictures and phone calls. Thomas also scheduled the carpet laying since he knew his timeline. We had a sunken floor on our split living room area that leads to the waterfront, we had a few weeks until Christmas. We needed the floor fixed but had a very tiny crawl space under the house that had standing water. Another issue was that our windows were installed incorrectly by previous installer.

Distinction Home Solutions came out and gave us an estimate within a few days, and a fair one at that! We scheduled the work for the following week and the guys came out and knocked out the job. We were impressed with the speed and quality of their work so we went ahead and scheduled for them to come out and knockout another repair project for us in January, we look forward to giving them future business.

Thomas, his crew along with his designer Bradly did an excellent job from start to finish. Bradly took our concept, laid it out on his computer program for us to see. Then he gave the final rendition to Thomas who then made our dream into a reality. Thomas and his team of craftsmen were VERY professional, made sure not to inconvenience us too much during the remodel and most of all paid attention to detail and showed up when scheduled. If something didn't look right, he would have it reworked until it met his approval. No short cuts were taken. He was reasonably priced and used quality materials. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else and are already lining him up to do more jobs for us in the future
