You will be able to look at floor plans.

My husband and I were understandably apprehensive about purchasing a brand new home, as it had been 37 years! However, from the moment we met with the Agile team, we knew we were in good hands. Everyone who has been involved in this journey has been skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. In addition, they truly care about our questions, needs and concerns.
We will be moving into our new Agile home this week, and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this project. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Great experience working with Agile Homes building our new home. Did some additionals and happy with the overall outcome of the house.

Love our home. But there was no real orientation on anything at all. Never was told how to set up the sprinkle system. I am disappointed that when you send a message to the "foreman" he responds by saying check the lights bulbs when we are getting constant electrical surges. Feels like now that we have received the keys and the house is in our possession that Agile is unconcerned about any issues.

I love my new Agile home! Agile Homes has been so great to work with! The superintendent, Garrett, is awesome, super responsive; Michelle in the office is very nice and helpful. It’s a gorgeous home with lots of “extras” built in and they gave me the sweetest, most generous welcome gift at my final walk through! Would highly recommend Agile Homes!

First we would like to start with how incredibly happy we are in our new custom built home from Agile. My wife would describe herself as a perfectionist and very OCD about things. She grew up in construction and have 3 contractors in her immediate family. We would like to take a minute and share a few things about Agile homes. What a wonderful experience. All of the staff addressed any all concerns we had. They took care of us like family. We were very impressed and enjoyed the daily update logs and pictures. With the very limited stock of existing housing, we were very happy our realtor, Jeff Williams, introduced us to this builder. House was complete on time and have yet to find any reason to complain, period. Corey has been terrific in getting all our questions answered. Anna worked with my wife to get the styles and colors that really make the house work. Jay, Michelle, and all the others have been so very helpful to us as first time buyers, we could not be more pleased.

What made my experience so amazing was Anna in the Home Décor Center. Anna is very articulate, thoughtful and very concerned that you get the best experience possible as you pick out your décor. After instillation of your décor, customer service with Anna made sure you were satisfied with what you purchased. FIRST CLASS all the way from beginning to end.

We are extremely pleased with our new home. We were a little skeptical at first wondering if Agile would be a cookie cutter type home. We have been amazed at the quality of our new home. Their employees have all been so professional and friendly. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and one of the most impressive things was the time frame they built it in. We had to wait our turn for the start date but once they started they finished in less than 3 months. Their website allowed us to view a day to day calendar of what to expect and they stayed right on track. That was unbelievable with this pandemic and so many construction materials hard to find and so many delays with many sub contractors. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Agile Homes to anyone looking to build. We would be happy to show our home if you schedule through Agile.

New home construction. Project manager answered all my inquiries promptly and without any feeling like I was bothering them. They finished on time and within budget. A truely wonderful home building experience! As a retired real estate broker who has seen lots of contractor's, I can say I was thrilled with this home builders professionalism. Can't say enough about them! They are there to help you even after closing!

Nice guy for sales but tries real hard to play down your concerns. Like my concern over the stud spacing for interior walls. I ask doesn't it weaken the structure? Oh no its been engineered to ensure integrity. I am supposed to take his word. When he left me in the model home i did a soft hit on the wall with the side of my hand and the wall rang like a bell. I went with another builder who didn't charge extra for every little thing like grass etc.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated well. Everything I was told came about and on time. The Builder’s Trend website was easy to navigate and a great place to watch progress. I love my new home. Anna was super helpful with design choices, my house is beautiful. Cory was and is professional always. I would recommend Agile to anyone who is building. My friends love my house as well.

This was the first time I have ever bought a house on my own, especially a brand new build. The experience was awesome and so easy. The team at Agile homes are amazing, helpful and transparent ... from the beginning with meeting Michele while looking at the model home, email exchanges with Jay with all my questions, to meeting with Craig and Anna for final design, and ending with Brad giving me the orientation of the house and assuring me that he is here for any questions. I have a friend here who is in construction and watched the build...he can be very critical but has been totally impressed with the quality of the workmanship on the house. I started this process in June 2019 and in April 2020 I am now a very proud owner of a new Agile home in Emmett, Idaho. Yay!!!

I've been in my home now for a month, and I'm absolutely loving it! As a newly divorced woman, I wanted to buy a home but was scared to death!
Jay met with me on a Sunday afternoon to go over the details, and he was amazing. The home was completed right on schedule, and Brad was a terrific project manager. I got to choose all the finishes that I've always dreamed about.
My house was ready, but my lender and the appraisal were a little behind. I was feeling a little stressed, but somehow Michelle from Agile and Teri from Alliance convinced my lender to wrap it up, and I closed on October 4th.
My new home is beautiful, and I'm so proud to call it my own. I definitely recommend Agile Homes!

My experience with Agile homes has been nothing but amazing! My house is a quality built home. Each job done was done throughly and to a very high standard! The owners, employees, project manager, and contractors have been amazing!

I was able to join online and watch my house being built through pictures! Everyone was very quick to answer questions and help me with things that were needed to close. The closing process was quick and painless (except for the writers cramp from signing my life away )!

They have an amazing referral program that is hands down amazing! Their welcome basket and gift of my keys were icing on the cake! I would recommend an Agile Home to anyone who is looking! Tell them Tricia Book sent you and you will score some free upgrades!

I have been in my beautiful home for 3 1/2 years and love it. I am very impressed with their customer service. Cory called me the other day and advised he saw a loose vent on my roof. He sent someone over to fix it right away. They noticed while working on that, that the holes for the vents should be larger for proper ventilation and fixed those as well. So happy they are so attentive and helpful. I would recommend them if you are looking to build.

This was the first time my husband and I had a new home built for us. After doing heavy research and looking at the reviews of many home developers, we decided to go with Agile. We are definitely glad we did!!! They treated us like we were the only people they were building a home for. Everyone is very easy to work with and it was a wonderful experience. I watched Agile from day one demo my old home, remove trees a start a new build from ground up. Working with Mike was always a nice experience, he always had answers and was always very straightforward, honest and no surprises. Just had my 2nd home finished by Agile. Couldn't be happier with the end result. As a somewhat negative character flaw I sometimes pride myself on being labeled or flagged as a difficult person to deal with or please. I pay particular attention to details and sometimes will take a stand with something I dont agree with regardless how trivial it may be. In this day of social media and smart phone capabilities the world and the people in it seem to opt for convience and simplicty instead of having a little confrontation or friction to ensure a better tailored experience or product for their money spent. That being said, Mike Smith of Agile homes really has figured a way to contend with both those types of people with his business and team over at Agile homes. From start to finish Agile listened to my needs and concerns and asked questions about my vision and goals, then went as far as taking the time to draw something up just to be sure I was seeing it the way they heard it described to them. From excavation to completion I was kept in the loop on progress. Living right next door I was able to continulously peak on progress and was met with assurance and peace of mind when I was away from home as the Agile team would update the builder trend with progress notes and photos of the build as it went. Another good perk for the mobile folks was how they worked most of the add ons and agreements through builder trend, it was easy to use and had everything I would need to get something for the house or pay up on invoices and do change orders.

Once the house was finished I had an inspection scheduled to tell me some of the basics, and the expected list(hopefully short) of issues Agile would need to fix before we could close. The inspector found nothing that wasn't being corrected already other than a vent that needed to be attached, that included a thermal scan of every wall, pipe, window, and vent. It was amazing, and settled my mood over the whole experience in a good way. Knowing that much care and attention went into the finishing of my home meant alot to me as well. After closing, Agile followed up with me and the lender as I had a special circumstance that was accompanied by a waiting period for the loan to fund. Agile then made sure picking up the keys was a memorable experience with a slick little gift bag that was well put together, along with a very thoughtful housewarming basket of goodies.

I had a somewhat rocky trip with Agile the first time several years back, but have been blown away at how simple and at ease I was through this entire process. My expectations and goals were met and then exceeded, I couldn't be happier with the result for what I spent and have been reassured at every step of the way of the construction and quality of my home is excellent and was looked after by Mike and a great team of folks over at Agile homes. I would absolutely do this again and reccomend Agile to anyone looking to build in this area. Big thank you's and well wishes from my family to Mike, Jay, Craig, Michelle and Corey!

This business built us a wonderful home, my dream home. They are incredibly easy to work with. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Now, after almost a year, there was a minor issue with a manufacturer's defect on a tub. We emailed the business and had a call back within 10 minutes. This was at 7:30 on a Friday. That is amazing customer service. I highly recommend them!
