Mark was great to work with. He was able to get us a quote and complete the work needed in about a week. His prices were fair, he communicated well, and came in clutch when we were in a hurry. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Directed Heating Restoration again!

Mark and Marcus did a great job with the remodel. And when the unexpected issues with our roof came up. They jumped into action and got an insurance claim opened and approved. Mark even had great suggestions for some of the finishes.

Marcus and his son detailed my vehicle inside and out. It’s never looked better! They got the job done in a reasonable time frame, and it was very affordable. We even left my wife’s car to get detailed when we picked mine up!

Directed Heat Restoration was recommended to me by my insurance company after a tree damaged my house and yard and they went above and beyond to put everything back in order. They responded quickly, did the work the next morning, and worked to find additional contractors to finish the items they don't specialize in. They even climbed into my attic to verify no additional roof damage that couldn't be seen from the outside. I cannot recommend them enough.

Directed Heat Restoration came to our house to detail our car. They were EXTREMELY THOROUGH, were able to buff out some fender scratches, and the car looked like new afterwards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need a car detailed.

Mark and Natalie have been nothing but helpful and professional during my crawl space woes! After Discovering 15” of water in my crawl space and calling several other companies, they made it a priority to come the next day and had the water pumped out the following day! They took the time to provide additional temporary solutions to keep the water out while i was waiting a permanent solution. They have the most professional and helpful team. I cannot say enough great things about Natalie and everyone else who came to our home. They cleaned up after themselves so well and cared for our home as if it was their own.

Due to the 7 inches of rain that fell on 06/25/21- 06/26/21, our basement was inundated with 32 inches of water. Interstate 1-94, a block away had 7 FEET of rainwater covering all lanes.
I-94 was shut down for 4 days, along a 10 mile stretch.
That being said, our home was not the only residence that had flooded basements. There were literally thousands of homes with flooded basements in Detroit and Dearborn.
Finding a restoration company that cared about the homeowners was not an easy task.

We had 2 other restoration companies that came out prior to Directed Heat Restoration.
The first company came out with no advanced notice. I was literally ready to leave for work when they showed up.
The second company that came out, stated that It was my responsibility to get out the refrigerator that was laying on its side, wooded cabinet, and washing machine. Their responsibility was to just clean the basement floor and walls. They were on a schedule, with No time to waste.
We were recommended to call Directed Heat Restoration by our Insurance Agent.
CEO Mark said that they would be out Tomorrow, to survey the Damage from the flood.
Sure enough, CEO Mark and Operation Manager,Ms. Natalie were out the next day to survey the flood damage, just as they had promised! WOW! That meant a lot to us.
We had set up a date and time as to when their crew was supposed to be coming over. 10:00-10:30A.M. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30A.M. Just as they had promised!

The floor tiles were popping up, due to the weight of the storm water covering the tiles for several hours.

The Crew removed all of the damaged floor tiles, and performed additional cleaning tasks.
A dehumidifier was placed in the basement,
along with several commercial floor drying fans.
A couple of days later Mark, Ms. Natalie and the Crew returned.
During the time frame that they were coming out to our house, there was supposed to be a heavy thunderstorm with torrential rainfall passing through. I had asked Mark to just reschedule their appointment until the next day.
Mark stated that they were aware that heavy rainfall was on its way. They would be out regardless. If they got soaking wet, going back and forth to their supply truck, then they would get wet! Which they did. We picked up an easy 1.5 inches of rain while they were out at our house!
They made sure that everything was okay in regards to any additional cleaning that needed to be performed.
Also, the wooden steps going into the basement were belt sanded, and sprayed with disinfectant.
Wooden storage shelves were also disinfected.

Why am I describing the Services that Directed Heat Restoration did in so much detail?!
To let anyone reading this review, know that Mark, Ms. Natalie, and their Crew went above and beyond!
They could have easily just taken the money and ran, due to that this was an insurance job.

Mark, Natalie, and the rest of the Directed Heat crew are phenomenal! I cannot recommend Mark's business highly enough. My husband and I were at our wit's end due to a 27" deep sewer back up in our basement caused by torrential flooding and poor township infrastructure. Mark and his team saved our house. Full stop. They were communicative, hard-working, and treated us with compassion during a really difficult time. Our basement was inspected various times since Directed Heat's clean up and no long term issues were found. This was 100% due to Mark's thorough and timely clean up job. We are beyond grateful for their work, especially given the crisis situation through Southeast MI at the time. I wouldn't wish our situation on anyone. But if you are living your worst nightmare...call Directed Heat Restoration and they will come to the rescue!

In the event of a loss, Directed Heat is Responsive, compassionate, and professional. Most others are not in it to truly help people in a time of crisis. Mark and Natalie hands down the right call to make. Thank you so much!!!!!
