Steve had the nerve to tell me that a 20-year-old roof has the tendency to wear out and start leaking. Sure, the leak that came last time the rain fell might've been a clue, but the nerve of this guy! LOL! Actually, he explained more to me about Roofing than I ever really wanted to know, but it's obvious he's been doing it a long time and knows his stuff.
I sought out three quotations from three different roofers and Steve's quotation, while not the cheapest, was definitely the most comprehensive. Other roofers stipulated charges per board, or for X number of tiles needed, etc.... Steve's quotation was all inclusive and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. His crew is very nice and they impressed me by how well they cleaned up the yard when the job was done. I thought I would be finding roofing nails everywhere, but these guys did a great job and the house looks wonderful. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Steve and his team. And be ready, you'll know more about Roofing than you ever wanted to but you'll also know it was done right!
