They did a great job cleaning the roof, treating it for moss and replacing any wood shakes that were soft. I can not say more about how great this company is. I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything they do.

We had a roof wash a few weeks ago. The original installation of a Decra roof was some 10 years ago. We live in a area with all the worst environmental issues (a lake/pond w/ algae), a treed property with junipers, and an overhanging oak with lichen on the the bark. We really kind of expected the worst.

Chris came out and explained the process. Then came out a couple weeks later. Did a bang-up job. He cleaned off the roof and the gutter covers. Then shampooed to get rid of the algae and lichen. He also inspected the roof and said that there had been little or no damage from the lichens that loosened the sand/grit. Roof looks brand new and also is kinda.

Chris and crew did a great job on cleaning our roof. They were very responsive in getting back to us and getting us a quote! Our roof looks like new again! Thanks!

Diamond spent 2 days with us cleaning our 25 year old roof, which had only been cleaned twice in the time its been installed-It now looks brand new; They did a spectacular job, were professional and prompt, and produced beyond my expectations. They used a non pressure shampoo wash that is much better than the ones we've had done before, as it now looks like new. I would highly recommend them and the service they perform. These guys are really good. We have had several people ask..."Did you get a new roof??" ( my answer is ....yes)

I cannot recommend Diamond Roofing more highly. We live in a very treed, 'woodsy' setting. Thus, our roof has become very dirty and mossy over the years. Unsightly, and made our house look worn out. Chris came out and spent a good amount of time discussing our wants and needs, and answered all of our questions. He was always very friendly and professional. We agreed to the estimate, and scheduled the work. The work was completed today, and all I can say is, "WOW!". I was hoping for a good result, but I don't think our roof looked this good when we moved in! (And we moved into our house newly constructed!) The roof truly looks new again. The work took many years off the look of the house overall. I also didn't expect the extensive amount of additional work in cleaning nearly the entirety of the exterior of the house. I am thrilled with the results, and I am glad to know someone like Chris for any work I may need done in the future. Highly Recommended!!

After receiving a few bids, we went with Diamond Roofing to remove growth on our asphalt roof, clean the flat roof and siding on our garage, and make a few roofing repairs. I could tell Chris and his company would do a good job because he was passionate about his work and delivering quality. It stood out that he did not require payment until completion, left every part of our house clean (our gutters now sparkle), and was communicative from beginning to end. Overall a pleasure to work with, positive experience, and will be recommending Diamond Roofing to friends and neighbors.

Chris and team were great - they explained to us how the process works and why it is necessary. They also made a recommendation on which parts of the roof needed cleaning. Additionally, their process does not use harmful chemicals. For comparison sake, I got multiple quotes and Diamond Roofing was best on price as well. Thanks!

Chris and crew came to my home when scheduled and introduced themselves in a friendly, professional manner. They "shampooed" the roof of my two buildings without even taking a noticeable break. The exterior of the house and all deck and patio surfaces were flushed with water leaving no trace of the crude that was removed from the roof. I may be selling our home soon, and this roof treatment made the shingles look like new and therefore will potentially eliminate any negotiation related to the roof.

They did an excellent job with a roof shampoo, removing all kinds of organic material including moss and pollen that was building up, and removing ugly black stains too. All without using bleach products or high pressure power washing that could damage the roof. Highly recommended!

I live in an area with lots of oak trees and my roof was looking really bad. I was a little skeptical, but decided to go ahead with a roof shampoo and it turned out great!! I'd have to say, it looks like new after the job Diamond Roofing did. Whatever cleaner they used didn't harm my plants and the crew was very professional....I highly recommend them.
