Edgar and crew did a great job replacing the floor in our rental home that had just undergone extreme foundation repair. When his team found the concrete slab to be damp and in bad condition, they took the time to properly prepare it for the rather expensive vinyl slats we were using to replace the old floors. Great job and positive attitude. I have a property management company and know good work when I see it.

I’m firm on customer service. And I must say this was the best experience I had from this mitigation company for my fire claim. I was educated on the process of the cleanup after a fire. I thought there was no way possibly the cleanup would come out great after all the soot thought out my home. Little to my surprise everything was perfect. The smoke smell was totally gone. They did an amazing job.

DFW Restorations were able to take care of me in my time of need. I had a pipe burst in my bathroom that leaked through to my garage ceiling. They were referred to me by a coworker and I ended up using them to clean up and also rebuild/renovate my bathroom. I am very satisfied, my bathroom looks better than it originally did. They came out quickly to assess the damage and not only helped us to know what we needed to do next, but they gave us tons of practical advise and need-to-know for how to be able to continue living in our home before and after the renovation. They were able to help us understand the extent of the damage, and made sure that we understood exactly what they were doing and why.
