Deanna and her crew are lifesavers. They've bailed us out not once, but twice, and both times they made the absolute best out of a bad situation. They are reliable, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. I have over 20 years in the building industry, they are the only people I would call in an emergency. We were comfortable with them coming in and out of the home as they did repairs, and it was because of the personable nature of all who helped, especially Rick, Barry, and PJ. The day before Xmas eve 2023 our basement flooded. Gateway was at my on Xmas eve morning at 8am to begin the restoration process. They were in & out in 3 hours. Deanna & her crew were very professional, easy to work with, friendly & courteous! Gateway also did our restoration. Rick, Chad & Jill did the drywall & paint & did excellent work & very friendly. Jodi handled all our questions, paperwork & was extremely quick, efficient & great to have to help us work through this. I will contact Gateway for other needs in the future when needed 5*!!

Being the owner of an insurance agency, I am usually doing the recommending to my clients. Gateway has never disappointed any of my insureds. So, when we had a water leak from our upstairs apartment, I did not hesitate to call on them. They were out to the scene shortly after my initial call. They had the water extracted and fans running in no time. Two days later my office was back to normal. Following the devastating ice storm which occurred in February, we called Gateway Restoration for help with our flooded basement.

They responded right away. We had staff here with excellent drying fans set up in no time. Their really wonderful crew removed the debris from our basement, including drywall and all other items.

I recently had water damage and Deanna and her team were very quick to respond and Complete the clean up. Everyone was so professional polite and outgoing with this stressful situation I had. Always there to assist any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend them.

We returned home from a 4-day power outage after an ice storm only to find our finished basement flooded. Our insurance agent said to call Deanna at Gateway immediately, as they have great experience with them.

Within hours, Deanna sent a crew who moved all the furniture to safety, removed all the damaged carpeting and drywall, set up the necessary drying equipment, and hauled away much of the damaged items. Pete even stopped by to help determine the cause of the water (several theories but no direct evidence). Three days later, they checked that all was dry, and removed the fans, etc. Their bill was a tad higher than the over-the-phone estimate and they handled the insurance paperwork.

Perhaps the greatest benefit was their comforting take-charge attitude. In my moment of panic and stress, they spelled out the problem, the steps to fix it, and then dug in until the job was finished. While there is still rebuilding to do, I am confident no further damage is being done and we can plan how best to proceed. Peace-if-mind is priceless.

We had a failure of a water pipe and caused a flood in our basement ending in 20” of water and most of the contents were floating. We contacted our insurance and they referred us to Gateway. They sent workers out within a couple of hours with pumps and hoses to pump the water out. They were back the next day and started cleaning out. We had a medical emergency and had to leave them working at our home but never felt uncomfortable about leaving them there working. They were all friendly and respectful and professional. Deanna and her crew were awesome to work with and highly recommended their services.

When we suffered a flood in our downstairs finished bedroom we called you looking for a locally owned business to help clean up the mess. What a lucky choice. Even though it was a very busy time for you, you came out, gave us a fair estimate and started the work as quickly as you could. Every call we made or question we asked was answered promptly.

It had to get worse before it got better. It was necessary to rip out dry wall and run your equipment for days to dry out the wall, carpet and floor. After new dry wall, paint, carpet stretching and cleaning, the room is as good as new.

The reason for this letter is to thank you for your remarkable service. Every worker that came to our home was courteous and friendly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The workmanship is outstanding. We felt a level of trust and confidence in you that is rare these days.

I had a water line break underneath my sink my entire basement was underwater I could not believe how quickly they showed up at my home. The professionalism of there staff and the way they treated my property was incredible! Had a terrible water disaster. They came IMMEDIATELY. They were on the job doing demo and replacing over 1000 Sq Ft of hardwood floor. They helped me communicate with my insurance company throughout and finished the job on time. They did high quality work. Would highly recommend!

This company is the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional (and clean) business I’ve worked with. I have hired them for a $50,000 water loss (they handled all aspects of the claim with State Farm) and another job last week to remove drywall and studs in the basement. Deanna was pleasant, empathetic and helpful during my initial call. The guys, Steve & Pete, could not have been more kind or helpful as well. They volunteered to help me by moving heavy cement blocks which was MUCH appreciated.

Can't say enough, they are the best! We had to call upon their services this winter from a frozen pipe/water damage at a very busy time for them and a lot of other restoration companies. Yet they made it happen and came and took great care of our house. Deanna & John make the process so easy and explain everything for you, for those that have never had to file a Homeowners Ins. After a botched roof job flooded my entire top floor, i got refered to gateway. I couldn't be more pleased with their promptness and caring. They even refered a couple of contractors that deal with insurance companies. They have treated my home as if it were theirs. I loved talking to Deanna on the phone, she was carrying and was willing to help me follow up with the roofing company and their insurers. After my house flooded, they came out on the same day to start the cleanup, dealt with things very quickly and made the entire process hassle free by working through all of the details with my insurance company. On top of all that, they are very nice people.

I called Gateway Restoration and within one hour they were here cleaning up the flood in my basement. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable and treated my belongings with the upmost respect. After they had left it was like it never happened. I would recommend Gateway Restoration to anyone that has water damage!

It would be hard to describe in words how happy I was with the service I received from Gateway Restoration, I wish you could see the smile on my face. After coming home to find water throughout my finished basement I was at a lose for what to do. I called Gateway and within 40 minutes they had someone at my house. Within an hour of my first call they had their crew here starting the cleanup. Gateway also went out of their way to listen to my concerns about getting my son's bedroom back together in a hurry and had him back in his bedroom in less than a week. The staff, from the first phone call, to the owners, to the crew were all top notch and very helpful and approachable. I really am not planning for another home disaster, but if something does happen I would call them in an instant.
