Detailed Roofing and Construction has already completed replacing my roof and are still working hard to help with additional damage caused by a tree that hit my house. They keep me updated and have gone above and beyond my expectations in helping me argue with my insurance carrier about the damages. I cannot imagine how difficult it would be without their help. Gerry and Duane have both been helpful, responsive, and professional. They have showed up for every adjuster and engineer appointment, sometimes with little notice. Their crew was on time and completed the work quickly. They also left no mess. I HIGHLY recommend Detailed Roofing and Construction!

Detailed Roofing was timely, even reminding me to take next steps in the process when I got distracted. They arrived at 6:30am as promised, and were finished with my ENTIRE roof by 7pm, including full clean up, sweeping for nails, etc. Very professional and quick, and helped with the insurance process tremendously!

March 2025 follow up. My homeowners is cancelling due to hundreds of curled shingles and overall roof installation issues that late documented by the insurer, but also multiple different roofing companies who have taken a look. The only recourse that detailed roofing gave me was to file a warranty claim but he told my broker “would be rejected anyway” due to poor work on his part.

I am extremely disappointed with his consistent lack of following up and lies about sending inspectors we’re having a letter as a general contractor ready to send to insurance companies, all of which were rejected or not received with validity. I have encouraged the warranty company to consider their coverage of his work Based on my own and several neighbors similar roof work outcomes.

The roof warranty is filed and I have multiple other outside inspectors with their Reid on the situation beginning with its installation that Duane refuses to admit or help fix one major windstorm or a neighbor tree and I am beyond underwater due to a businessman not honoring his work which we now know is lower quality. State Farm originally played out this claim and they have already been notified that it is feeling very shortly into its lifespan I would not recommend using detailed roofers if you expect to actually have quality workmanship that lasts at least 10 or 15 years or through you selling your house.

See screenshots of texts where nothing has happened since end of Jan (policy cancellation) and his stop gap measures are rejected obviously and wasting very precious time.

Gerry is the friendliest and most through specialist. He takes customer service to a new level. Gerry shows you photos of types of damage to help explain and lets you know if it is worth filing a claim with insurance or not. They do a great job on installation and even do the interior work after a leak so no need to get another provider. Plus they offer financing. Highly recommend!

Very professional, I never had to deal with the insurance, they handled everything for me. We upgraded to architectural shingles and worth it, was not much more.

From the sales person staying in touch to the crew being on time, everything went smooth. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Easiest roof replace I ever had to deal with.

I was very pleased with the replacement of my roof by Detailed Roofing and Construction. Everything went exactly as Duane said that it would from start to finish. The workers arrived early and finished up about 4:30. Duane was very courteous and professional, I would definitely recommend this business.
