These guys came highly recommended so I was set on hiring them for some small additions to our current home. They made us think they wanted our business so we met with them and they told us they wouldn’t give us any kind of quote until we paid to have official plans drafted. We understood that policy and followed through, paying a couple grand for these plans. Once we turned in our drafted plans, in December, it took several weeks for them to get back to us saying they’re working on our quote. It was holiday season so we were patient. We kept reaching out to them after that and kept being told “we’re working on it”. Other friends of ours kept telling us we should’ve heard back with a quote within a few weeks while it’s been months. We finally sent an email saying hey if you don’t want our business and too busy, you should’ve been straight up about it. Now we’ve run out of time and they completely ghosted us. I think this company came highly recommended but was a mistake. They don’t know how to be honest nor communicate properly. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any kind of renovation. They clearly just want full home build profits. They don’t care about anything else other than money.
