Last winter, an ice dam destroyed part of our roof in Atkinson. I was overwhelmed. A neighbor recommended these folks, and I’m so glad I listened. From the first phone call, they were calm, clear, and super responsive. The crew arrived on time, explained every step, and didn’t mind my questions. They replaced damaged wood, re-shingled the area, and even cleared my gutters without charging extra. What stood out most? No sales pitch. Just solid work and kindness. I’ve since referred them to my sister in Chester, and she had a great experience too. Would absolutely trust them again...

Called this morning after we noticed water leaking into the house through an upstairs window. We suspected an ice dam and the guys at Derry roofing came out in a couple hours and knocked off all the snow and ice and removed the ice dams right away . They couldn’t have been nicer . We really appreciated the emergency service and it was a reasonable price. They also even shoveled up any snow or ice that landed on the walkway. These guys were great ! Highly recommend!

Derry Roofing's had very reasonable and competitive pricing. They completed my roof replacement quickly and to my complete satisfaction.Communication throughout was excellent. They were meticulous in all aspects of the work including replacement of a Velux skylight and flashing around the chimney. Work site clean up was incredible.

Derry roofing included the price of 4 sheets of plywood in the quote. They never changed any wood and we found a broken sheet after the job was done. We paid them $25 to fix the broken sheet. Five years later, we find out they shingled over where the ridge vent was supposed to go. Years of mold problems and illness, finally this job will be done right by another company. Find someone else for your roofing.

I've used them for two projects (House, and then later garage.) now and they do excellent work at reasonable prices.

Derry Roofing replaced our roof this weekend, did a great job, very professional and extremely hard workers and when they left everything was neater than when they started.

Derry Roofing was quick to respond to my initial quote request and we got everything scheduled and completed within a month or so. Crew was quick and did a great job cleaning up after. The only damage was to a few plants/branches close to the house but that was pretty much expected.

Out of 4 roofing companies called ,They were the only one to come to look at the roof.Owner came and we agreed to a price and time .Having done roofing myself i know a good job. On time and great clean up too!

The flat roof repair that was done bubbled up and didn’t look right. We sent pictures and he said he didn’t like the way it looked and would fix it. Two months later after numerous texts he came by and said he needed a few things and would be back. Week later after contacting him again, he said it was fine and blew us off! No problem cashing out check though.

Roof install was prompt, competitively priced and problem areas address, its at least holding water to date (3mos), while I have my concerns based on the following...Had me sign two seperate contracts for the roof and siding/trim repair, I guess that was so the siding and trim repair could be ignored. Was weeks and weeks to get anyone out to look, I kept getting calls regarding the wrong jobs, then weeks with no updates turned into months of no updates, to no answer now.

Install began on an extremely windy day. The team amazingly worked through it. They protected my perennials but because of the wind a screen was damaged. Before they left, the screen was repaired. Very happy customer.

Derry Roofing crew arrived exactly on time this morning. The total job was completed by the end of the afternoon. Everything was completely cleaned up.
They also repaired my chimney at a very reasonable cost.

BEWARE! We had a roof leak after this company installed our roof. It was within warranty period. The owner refused to accept responsibility and continually ignored our request for a copy of the workmanship warranty. At one point, the owner agreed to make the repair, but when we kept asking when they were coming, he would not respond to calls or texts. This went on for many months. We went to Better Business Bureau and he responded once, and then ignored them also, and did not stick with the process to reach a resolution. Ultimately, we hired another roofer who fixed it in under one hour. Would have taken him much less time and energy to just fix our roof.

Very professional, did an excellent job on my roof in Derry. They did a great job cleaning up all the old shingles and nails. Great team got the roof done in a day.

I called Derry roofing for what a thought would be a warranty repair for a leak, but it end up being a problem unrelated to the roofing work. The service man took pictures and showed me the issue. They gave me a fair price, did the work quickly and again took pictures of the repair, did I mention I am not a fan of heights ? He also gave me a few items that need to be taken care of unrelated to the roofing or the job he did. Couldn't ask for more.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Totally unorganized, showed up 3 weeks late, yes 3 and only because me and my wife called and complained!!! Then they fogotr to setup our appointments for our gutters which were supposed to be done the day after the roof, but no call and no show!!! What kind of company doesn't show and doesn't call!!!! If I could leave Zero Stars I would. Better companies out there for much less cost and much better service!

Fixed my leaking roof for a reasonable price. Saw his van in home depot parking lot. Guy was very nice and did the work right away! GREAT JOB
