They’re a small family run business, Jenn kept us in the loop on all things administrative and advocated for us with insurance, Nick handled coordination of all repairs with their team. Both of them were positive and provided the needed direction to navigate unprecedented circumstances. Also their team performed great work, we have our beautiful home back. They truly care about their customers and the work they do – their staff even watered our plants for us! What contractors do that!? The people at DeRose Disaster Pro were extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and empathetic to our plight. This is a family-run operation where all moving parts work perfectly together. Jenn handling all the administrative stuff and being the perfect liaison between the insurance company and us. Nick came out to the estimate and also coordinated the repairs. Larry and the crew were kind and professional and efficient down to every detail. We've never seen as perfectly mitered edges as Larry's.
