Esmeralda and Edvano just finished work on our renovation. The project included completely new siding, a new roof, access to the attic and finishing the attic, renovating the laundry room, and putting flooring in the basement, painting, and a lot of little projects. They were so good, we kept expanding the scope of work. We were very impressed with how well the project went! On time, on budget, everything was cleaned up each day. We strongly recommend DeOliveira Lima Construction for work in your home!

Esmeralda and Edvano were absolutely amazing! They were productive, hard working, fair, and over achieving. They always pointed out problems and gave solutions. They were willing to work with me on changes in the project. They did the framing for my housing project and they were the best subcontractors I worked with, and I worked with all types of contractors in my remodeling project. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Definitely hire them because you will not be disappointed!

DeOliveira is one of the best around. Esmeralda and Edvano are a great pair. Like any large project we encountered issues, but DeOliveira and team knew exactly what to do, did it without grief and delivered a great product.

Their team has built 3 new homes for me, several decks, and a large dormer addition. 1 home was almost 6000 sq feet.
