Spent plenty of time power washing to loosen all flakes, before sealing and painting. Also added fasteners for any loose lids (shingles), which was beyond their scope of work.

Andrew was on time for our appointment and was very efficient at assessing my roof issues and making recommendations. He was able to schedule me very quickly for such a small job. He was also upfront about pricing and got me a honest written quote within a few hours. Although I’m not ready to make the improvements at this time, I will consider Denver Roof Coatings in the future. Excellent interaction with Andrew.

I have worked with DRC through my business. They are very professional, reliable and offer quality products. I would recommend their roof coating options to any commercial property or residential property owner with a low slope or flat roof. If you are looking for an affordable, eco friendly option to repair or fully recover a leaky or failing low slope roofing system call DRC!
