Denney construction helped us design and build our custom home. They listened to our ideas and made them come to reality with quality craftsmanship. I love the fact that they are a family run business and have years of experience. It was a pleasure to work with Jon and Jerry. We are extremely satisfied with our home.

I have never left a bad review and I hate having to leave this one but I cannot recommend John Denney. I have tried time and time again to contact him after they came and conducted an initial consultation. I spoke with John directly and he informed me he was working on my estimate however I never did receive that estimate or a call back. So unprofessional and an absolute disappointment. Please do not use this company!

I went to look at a house Denney construction was building and was blown away at the superior products and energy efficient techniques they used. Much better than other homes I have seen.

I purchased a house with a leaky roof and due to the water damage Jon and his crew had to tear out and replace damaged drywall and insulation, then texture and paint the walls and ceiling. His crew was punctual and cleaned up all materials as they went along. I was very pleased with their work.
Ultimately I decided to put on a new roof and contracted with Denney Construction to do it. There was still an issue with water intrusion afterwards but Jon was prompt and responsive to finding and fixing the problem, which I very much appreciated.
I look forward to using Denney Construction for future home improvement projects!

My home had a sunken living room which was becoming a safety hazard as I begin to age. When I asked Jon Denney if it was possible to make that floor even with the rest of the house, he had no hesitation. The crew of workers took out the carpet and built up the floor. The finished flooring is level and beautiful and no longer a hazard for me, my mom, or my friends.
The workers were competent, professional, and also friendly. It was a pleasure having them work in my home. Thank you.

Denney Construction did a beautiful job of renovating our 30-yr old Master Bdrm, Bath and Walk-in Closet in the Talavera neighborhood. They came in under budget and finished on time. A highly professional Father-Son Team who do exactly what they say they will do with great experience and bring in only the best, most- trusted subcontractors. Unlike some local contractors --they do not require you to pay for their estimates and draft designs. I highly recommend them for your most important jobs.
