Great experience from getting estimate to scheduling to completed window and screens cleaning.
Zander was so pleasant and really cared about the job he was doing.

DeMark’s did an awesome job. We’ve had other window cleaners in the past and they are by far the best! They were very professional and Will, who was our service guy, was friendly, courteous, and took his time getting windows in and out sparkling! Not sure what their cleaning product is but it rained the next day and there were no rain spots after the rain. And the price is very reasonable! We’ll definitely be their future customers!

Great customer service-they stand behind their work! We had the whole house windows, screens and skylight washed 7/17. My husband did the walk through and mentioned the water droplets on the outside of the windows. They use a technique with a pressure sprayer that he was told would be clear when it dried. We were not familiar with this technique. I saw after a few hours that all the windows had dried but had water spots. I called the office, spoke to a very friendly, professional woman who asked me to send pictures after I explained the problem. It's not easy, but I was able to capture the issue on several windows and sent a text message. I received a call this morning 7/18 that they had a crew available to come and redo the outside of the windows. Tyler and Will were SO NICE, professional, and confirmed that this was not normal. They efficiently and expertly rewashed the windows by hand, on ladders for the 2nd story, and they are now crystal clear!! THANK YOU!! We have also used DeMark's for gutter cleaning with wonderful service and will use them again!

I highly recommend this company for window cleaning. I absolutely love having clean windows and have my windows clean twice a year inside and out and the screens as well. Professional, hard-working, polite in every way!

James did a great job pressure washing our vinyl siding. All dust, dirt, and stains were removed. We recommend Demark’s.

A two man crew arrived promptly at our home in Mt Pleasant, took the quick tour around the home with me, and then did a really fine job of washing the windows, in a timely manner. They are SPARKLING !! Such poised young men as well! Thank you. Will use them again!

Demarks pressure cleaned my pool deck a week ago. James did an excellent job it looks like the concrete was just laid. It was 17 years of dirt and grime. I will definitely use again. My back patio is next and then will do the front walkway. Thank you, James!

James did a fantastic job on our house, patio, and aluminum pergola. Sometimes you don’t realize how dirty things have gotten until you see them clean! Highly recommend!

The operator was fast and efficient. However I discovered after he departed that he inadvertently took the special piece on my outside faucet that attaches to a new hose I recently purchased. That hose is now useless. I called your office and the person who answered apologized and said the operator would return it Monday morning.

I had Demark's pressure wash the concrete in my driveway, sidewalk and small patio in the back yard. The technician they sent was nice, professional and very thorough with the job that he did.

Our condo building (Lyon Court) began a 2 year contract with DeMark’s for power washing the parking garage last year. Last year it took them coming out 3 separate times to do a mildly satisfactory job. Unfortunately it seems we are running into the same problem again this year. They power washed the garages earlier this week and it looks like the dirt has just been pushed around and many large puddles were left. I’ve included photos of the results. Very disappointing service.

I had Adam from DeMarks power wash my Cottage and my boathouse and a number of things and I’ve never seen things look so good! He was super careful and took his time and did an really excellent job. I highly recommend Adam from DeMarks.

Elijah and Kris were an absolute dream team! From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were top-notch. They tackled both the interior and exterior windows (including screens) and our gutters with an energy and synergy that was truly impressive.

What stood out most was their outstanding teamwork—they operated like a well-oiled machine, clearly communicating with each other every step of the way to ensure the job was done thoroughly and seamlessly. Their communication with us as customers was just as exceptional: they were friendly, clear, and responsive to all of our questions and preferences.

In addition to an early arrival for service, they also displayed a wonderful openness to constructive feedback. When we pointed out a couple of small areas needing touch-up, they addressed them immediately and graciously, with no hesitation and full professionalism. That kind of accountability and service mindset is rare in Wisconsin and greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Elijah and Kris, our windows sparkle, our gutters flow, and we’re left with a renewed confidence in what high-quality customer service looks like. Highly recommend!

The office did a good job of scheduling and a reminder of our appointment to begin with. The deck and house washing technician came promptly will a call ahead. He did a good and thorough cleaning with a noticeable difference between before and after. He even washed the steps of our deck which I thought was not included in the contract. The window washing technician came later on in the day with a call ahead as well. He also did a good job and had our 20+ windows washed in 45 minutes. We definitely will call DeMark's again next time we need house and/or windows cleaning.

Aidan and Zach were outstanding. Worked nonstop for almost 6 hours and all our windows and doors look AMAZING! professional, courteous and thorough all the way! Definitely will have them back to our new home! Thx so much!

Only the bottom tracks were cleaned on my windows. The other three tracks were not done. I signed up for all four tracks on each window to be cleaned. The windows were cleaned inside and out but I found several areas that were still dirty. The office removed the four track package and only charged me for the bottom tracks, but I am very disappointed that the other tracks are still very dirty. I went around my house and cleaned the areas that were not done. Had I not pointed out the bathroom window and front door to the worker, those wouldve been left untouched. Will definitely be having a different company out to do my windows next year.

In response to the company yes you did offer to call your tech and have him go back and do the other tracks, however I had another appointment I had to be a so that is why I had to have the lower tracks only done. Either which way why is this missed in the first place. It was conveyed on the phone when I set up the appointment and whoever is coming to the job should have everyting they need and know what is to be done while at a customers house. Just very poor service. It really is true you cant find good service anymore. My wife and i will finish the tracks on our own. Just a waste of money and our time.

This is my second experience with DeMark's window cleaning. I have to say it is WONDERFUL to have clean windows and I have great admiration of this company. Anthony and Justin were very professional and thorough inside and out.They were telling me about their equipment and how their formula is professional grade which makes everything look top notch perfect. They were very proud of their company and the culture of excellence and the number of repeat customers. They spoke very highly of their company. I will continue to use their services because the price was very reasonable for the time and service.
I would also like to add that Anthony did a wonderful job of providing a courtesy call - they were a few minutes early. He introduced himself and Justin and asked me if I had any specific requests or concerns. One worked inside while one worked outside. I opted to clean the screens because they were not that dirty. Justin took out all of the screens and one by one, I cleaned them. When he was finished with the windows, he put the screens back. I recommend having them clean your screens if they are really dusty because they have a slick system (some kind of tool) that gets them really clean.

Will did a fabulous job pressure cleaning our home. We have steel siding and it looked brand new as the day it was installed. My wife was delighted and said we should have done it a year or two earlier. I will have to thank my neighbor for recommending DeMark’s.

Our cleaner (I apologize I can’t remember his name) showed up early. He did an excellent job and our windows still look great even after a couple of rainstorms!

A polite and respectful team of Elijah, Anthony, Justin and Chris appeared on time and took on all windows, some crotchety, sticky and old and brought them to a shiny clean. They did it again! Seems like a whole new house with the spotless windows. I can't say enough about DeMarks Window cleaning. Have used them several times before with excellent results that exceeded my expectations, and they continue to be the best in the industry. I first used them for snow removal on a as needed basis. I have 26 steps and large parking slab. They do it by hand and a snowblower and even send me pics after they are done. I was so impressed and happy with their service and no complaints about the stairs. Just terrific, so I hired them to clean my windows and screens. Showed up on time and the two guys were courteous and very thorough and did a terrific job!! I’ll be using them for pretty much everything. I strongly recommend them!!
