This is the absolute most crooked business in Artesia never ever trust them. They charge me $345 for 1 hour of work they put on the invoice that they work 2 hours I have camera footage that they were at my place for 50 minutes when I went to talk about this they said they had to use a jetter and that's why. They started out at my house with the jetter. I never asked them to use the jetter but they said since they used it they clock another hour for to fill it up and paperwork. Beware Artesia please go somewhere else save yourself some money these people are crooks I understand that they probably make more money on insurance claims and they can charge the insurance company but they are charging hard working People of Artesia 10 times more than anybody I've ever Heard of. I've had services before from plumbing companies and never even a 10th of the bill for twice as much work. When I told them all I wanted was a little adjustment in the bill they tried to kick me out of their store so I ended up just paying the bill but told them that I will leave a review they said they are not worried about it because they have the best reputation in town I'm here to tell you that they do not it's a lie look at this before you consider crouch plumbing.

I’m unsure how this company stays in business. Our warranty company insisted we use them. It took 36 days to get the problem with the AC fixed. They have awful customer service and don’t show up when they say they’re going to. Owner was rude and doesn’t care if the job is done right or on time. Would not recommend this company.

They were very good to me when I need them Dustin was great he's helpers did a great job on my roof.
