Delta Roofing

Delta Roofing was responsive, professional, and worked with my insurance company to make sure my roof was like new. Once the claim was done (they were available for questions), they were very fast. I have a larger roof and it was done in less than three days. Their crew covered areas for the removal and cleaned up thoroughly once done. It looks better than the original roof when it was new!

Listen! Had they given me an option to go 6 stars I would have! This company is amazing and very professional and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and he went ABOVE and beyond. I showed him my problem, he assessed it from every which angle and taught me some things that I’d never know to look for. I had a leak in my ceiling on a new build home. He checked the attic first to make sure it wasn’t anything there before he went on top the roof. The issue ended up being a BULLET HOLE possibly from people being careless on NYE. Needless to say he patched me right up. Definitely recommend Delta roofing to anyone in NEA!

I had a great experience with Delta Roofing. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely nice to work with from start to finish. Even though fixing my fascia wasn’t something they typically handle as a stand alone job, they went out of their way to take care of it. Their pricing was extremely reasonable, and I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Had Delta Roofing come inspect the roof due to a leak that sprung up, and ended up finding out there were multiple other leaks and issues going on.
Whoever installed the roof 5 years ago before I purchased the house shouldn’t even be in business.
Back to the point, Andrew with Delta Roofing gave me multiple options and was really helpful and understanding of any questions I had.
Their price was cheaper than I expected for a new roof. They offer financing if needed and a lifetime workmanship warranty and GAF warranty, that way you won’t have to end up in same position as me and have to pay full cost.
Final product looked great.
Also, they cleaned up very well and did 2 magnetic sweeps for nails so I don’t have to worry about kid stepping on one.

Colton and Andrew were so very helpful to me in restoring the roofs on my home and shop. Very professional and courteous, and following up with me in a timely manner. Their Team showed up at 7a.m. and were finished with both roofs by approximately 3 p.m. removing old shingles, tarp paper and other items that needed replacing with new. The new roofs look wonderful, and after they left you could not tell they had been here other than the new roofs. I later had a tree cut from close to my home over the roof, and the company owner asked me who did my roof. I told him, and he complimented them very highly, saying the roof looked great, (and he did not find one nail in my back yard, which I suppose is unusual???). I would recommend Colton and Andew (Delta Roofing) very highly for your roofing needs.

I can’t thank Delta Roofing enough for the professionalism and working with me on my insurance claim. They got my house on the schedule in a very timely manner. They have a lifetime guarantee on their work! They also did something extra that they did not have to do! I had an exhaust vent from the bathroom going into my attic causing moisture damage. As you can see by the first photo it was causing moisture damage. They went ahead and cut a new vent for this exhaust and repaired the wood even though it wasn’t their responsibility! I am so thankful for their services!

Great experience with Delta Roofing. We need a soffit replaced and couldn’t find anyone to do it. They were fast and efficient and Orkin will be using them in the future!

My roof developed a leak in the living room after the severe storms we had in Jonesboro , I got in contact with Delta Roofing Friday at noon as I knew more storms were coming that afternoon and was worried about the leak getting worse, she assured me not only would they come estimate the cost that day as soon as possible , but they would tarp it with no charge to me , just to be helpful , I was contacted by Josh And Andrew only a few moments later , they came by almost immediately afterwards and tarped and estimated my roof before the next wave of rain came. After going to sleep that night; I wake up and see the water was still getting through, as worried as I was at 6 am I text Andrew and Josh both to see what could be done, Andrew called me at 7am assuring me he would be at my home to tarp it even further up to cover a bigger section to ensure the right spot was taken care of, Andrew came and did this in the rain , in the mist of a thunderstorm, and I’m not the only house these guys have done this for. My mom is elderly and had a leaking roof which was very stressful for her. We searched and had a few companies come out for an inspection, but none made us feel comfortable enough to hire them. I found Delta Roofing on Google and very happy I called them. Josh and Andrew are thee best. They were very patient with us and answered every question we had, and trust me, we had a lot. They made sure we understood the process and provided updates throughout the process.
There was a team of about 7-10 guys. Everyone was professional and ready to work. They arrived on time at 7am and worked until around 8pm. They came back the following day for a few hours to finish the roof and they cleaned up everything- not a trace of old roof materials were left.
My mom can now sit back and relax and no longer worry if she'll be rained on inside her home.

The salesman was informed, kept me informed, and followed up. When I had one question we would text. With more than one question or detailed explanation a prompt call was made to me. The man did not do business strictly by texting. Loved that aspect as I am old school. Project was completed in a day, yard and driveway was cleared of debris, and good workmanship. Did a great job on the roof. It looks great! Crew showed up on time and did the job in one day. They cleaned up all the material and came back the next day to check everything and make sure it was all cleaned up. Easy company to work with would recommend delta roofing!

Even though I live in another state, Delta took care of me. I was ready to pay for a whole new roof, but the Delta took a careful look and determined that I just needed a patch around the vent. How often do you get a company to DOWN sell you?! They saved me THOUSANDS, and the repair was done quickly and beautifully. I haven older roof so I knew that the shingles wouldn’t match perfectly, but it actually looks really good! It’s harder to tell in person which are the newer shingles.

There's a rarity in businesses where owners actually care about customer and care and are not only focused on the financial bottom line of their revenues. Delta Roofing is one of the rare ones.

Our roof got damaged by a May hail storm that nailed much of northeast Jonesboro and Brookland. I checked around with roofing companies and thought Delta would work the best. Other companies seemed a bit "shady" and were only in it for the money. I understand a goal of a business is to make money, but there is also a human side to it all. Delta exemplified that.

They talked with me and my wife and dealt with all of our cats and no room to sit. They worked with us on getting it done and how much it would cost.

They did it in two days, despite a pop up rain shower.

Two things that stand out about Delta. I drove to our house at noon while they were working. One worker frantically waved at me as I pulled into the driveway. He ran in front of my car and picked up a roofing tack that I could have run over. I had a roof done about 10 years ago after a hail storm and picked up scores of tacks for several months after. This time, I didn't find any tacks. They were that careful.

The second: My insurance didn't cover the total cost. Delta worked very patiently with me as I tried to get money to pay the excess; I am a freelance writer and got laid off from one of my bigger monthly gigs. That hurt financially. Delta had every right to consider me a financial deadbeat, which I am, but instead worked with me and did not give any pressure. Again, this is a business and they had every right to collect what they owed. They were very kind.

I'd totally recommend Delta Roofing for any work. They are friendly, caring and professional. You can't ask for anymore than that, especially in today's business client where it seems the customer is just a dollar sign to many.
