The guys installed a new ac unit. They were polite, friendly and did a great job with the installation. They also cleaned up and put everything back as they found it. This is the second unit we’ve had installed by Delta. I have been extremely pleased by their price and workmanship on both occasions. I was referred to them by a friend who had the same quality experience.

It was a great experience starting with Brandon who came the same morning that I called. He was very professional and explained my options. I went with a new AC unit and the crew was there the very next morning, I was not expecting this and I know this is not the norm and was expecting to wait days, but I was very appreciative that they were able to do this so quickly. It was a very great experience. Thank you Delta.

These guys are the best! Control board went out on my 3 year old Ruud they installed (great job on that too), under manufacturer warranty, out of stock from any supplier in AZ! Backorder till September!

Delta did not give up! They searched nationwide for 2 days and found one in Georgia! Overnighted it, installed, and system back up and blowing ice cubes!!

I appreciate that they continued looking and did not leave me hanging in the AZ heat!

David was thorrough, super patient and knowledgeable about upgrading our home from a 4 ton to a 5 ton higher SEER rated unit. We already enjoy the better cooling efficiency in the home. Also Carlos on install day went above and beyond to show us how the unit requires amperage we are correctly set up at the house for in the panel. We were nervous based on outside input or skepticism. Not anymore!! Finally, big thanks to Brenda for helping us chose the upgraded duct sealing at a more affordable rate. Every bit of this team was incredible.

Todd has been our technician for many years. He has always been very knowledgeable, thorough, and of high integrity. I appreciate having such a high quality person taking care if my home. Thank you Delta and thank you Todd!!

The technician completed the work in four hours, before I could return home to see anything…disappointed because the Delta AC (salesman) estimated 6-7 hrs. I was told there would be before and after pictures which I have not received (same salesman); and there was dirt on my kitchen furniture and in one duct (see pics); My granite countertops hid the dirt on them. This service was expensive and was lacking attention to detail…sorry to say. This was a duct cleaning

Contacted Delta this morning with an A/C thermostat which was not functioning, a crisis when it hit 118° today. They managed to send an extremely knowledgeable and effective technician, Marcus, who tested everything and finally tracked it down to a miswiring. Many thanks, Marcus, for your commitment to finding the answer!

They were fast , courteous and affordable . I rent out my condo and I didn’t want my tenant to suffer the AZ heat unnecessarily. Delta was able to inspect , instdl and finance. Tenant was very happy with the service

David was great with finding the problem and fixing my A/C system. He was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable with understanding what was happening and needed to be fixed.

The technician was great and very knowledgeable and helpful and our system is running great we appreciate him coming out and sorry I had a senior moment I forgot his name but he was very nice

Called early this morning as our one air conditioner wasn’t working. The tech was here by 10:15, checked the warranty on the unit and almost all parts were under warranty. Repaired by 11:30.

Thank you so much for this company! For Brandon, Brenda, Carlos and Bryan! They make sure to take care of you and get some kinda fix, even if it temporary till you can fully fix. Fast and urgent!!

I got to work with Silvester Sosa and he was incredible! He was able to come out on VERY short notice and within 48 hours of his first visit, my entire A/C unit was replaced. Now I can sleep and relax comfortably again. Thank you, Silvester!!

They schedule a window and they let you know when they’re on their way. They’re pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, and they do their job and they know how to do their job. Always nice to work with professional professionals.

David was very pleasant to work with. Still not clear on what my warranty covers. The unit is 6 years old and there is several thousand of dollars needed to service it. Don’t get it.

We bought a brand new unit from Delta and had problems that took over 15 visits to figure out. Not sure if they even figured out why the heater didn’t work. Every winter it fails to work for the last 5 years. The blower motor failed under warranty and they expected us to pay for the repair because they feel we have called them too many times. It took over 2 months for them to get the part and we went from January to March without a heater in the house. They still expected us to pay for labor even though it’s under warranty. When they installed the unit, they did not seal the ducting in the roof very well because the first rain we had, the ceiling in our master bedroom collapsed because the rain was just leaking through the poorly installed ducting. $15000 later they still took no accountability for their terrible installed. Basically told us “that’s what insurance is for.” I would not recommend using them or buying any of there products. When they come out to try and fix our heater, they try to bully us into doing other services and when we decline them, they say they can void our warranty any time they want. Terrible customer service and very shady. I would give a 0 star review if that were possible.

Update. Just went on the roof to clean the unit and found missing screws and washers. Found them scattered on my roof. Not even sure if the motor was replaced. It has rust on it.

(For Pool Electrical Repair ) I had a Great Experience with Delta Home Services. Carlos the manager was very involved in the process from the beginning to end to oversee that the description of the job needed and the quote were handled very well and carefully and all the way thru til the completion of the job. They were patient w customer details and custom ideas and adjustments to discuss and agree on. They were excellent with customer service and calls back in a timely manner :) Their pricing was very good and fair. They were very clean and organized abt the job and left the property looking great with a great repair done even though it was totally a custom project. So Thank you to Carlos and to Robert the Electrician and his colleague Rafael for a very good quality job well done :) I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional at all times and also down to earth and a pleasure to work with :)

David was extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He was always on time and made sure my gates were locked.

Delta did a great job with the install, including someone coming back to the house to replace the wood work leading to the attic. Great prices, that did not change from the estimate. Highly recommend Delta, especially over the over-priced competition.

Booked diagnosis and got bid online. Guy came out and acted disinterested played with thermostat for a bit then asked if i wanted him to get on roof to inspect unit explaining i would have to pay$100 unless i booked install and my price was going to go up $4000 from quote online because it was a package unit not a split, that's maybe a couple hundred difference. He goes up on roof after i say i have no problem with the $100. He comes back tells me wires are wrong using ethnic slur and I'm low on coolant i need 3 lbs of coolant at $500 a pound but he can't get it. Tells me he'll have to open walls and roof to replace wires because they are probably bad in walls. I ask for a estimate and he says he will email it and I'm still waiting. He treated me like i was interrupting his day and i was not worthy of his time . Hopefully he was just bad employee having a bad day but he scared me away from company.
Update: Company contacted me by phone asking what they could do to get me to change my review explaining they did a "repair" for free while here. The repair they did was jumped the reverse wires on unit so it would run in cool only so they contended they got unit running so I should be happy. It wasn't a repair it was a stop gap rigging of the system I asked why they didn't send a diagnostics report and they offered to send one now. I asked why price went up $4000 when switching to package from split, the story was they quoted "budget" system online but gave me price for high dollar Trane system while here. I asked where it is written in bid that explains that, and why wasn't budget system offered on site? Circled back to why I should be happy I got "repair" for free. I asked why wires weren't fixed correctly rather than sell me a story about tearing out ceiling roof and upstairs unit to run a tstat wire, knowing that they can run fish tape to replace wires, again circled back to how they repaired unit because it is running now and it wasn't when they came out. I explained to them again that I wasn't complaining about the repair I gave a review from a link the company sent me and I gave an honest assessment of poor customer service, no bid was sent, no diagnostic report was sent, they weren't able or willing to make true fixes needed because the unit is too old. The tech knew I wasn't going to buy his bait and switch pricing so he was just trying to get out of here. If good reviews are what they are after, I suggest not to bait and switch, do what you say you will do, don't do half ass fixes and look for kudos afterwards and don't beg to have review to be changed after the fact

I had my bi- yearly service done on my heating and cooling system today. As always they were efficient and kind. I would like to give a shout out to “Cody”. He was really professional and kind. In today’s crazy world we have unfortunately become skeptical allowing people into our homes. I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you, Cody!!

The men that installed the A/C unit were very polite and respectful. They knew their job and what had to be done and in what order to do it. I would recommend Delta to anyone. Thank you so much

Delta home service did it again my AC went out and they came to the rescue in no time to get it back up and running can't say enough about the grat survec I get from them each time

I've been happy using Delta Home Services for air conditioning for several years and today was a for plumbing service to install a new kitchen faucet. The office staff as well as the technical staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only 'problem' I had was having to be rescheduled and/or wait for the arrival of the technician due to his busy schedule. But once here it was a breeze! I'm a happy customer!

This is unfortunately not the review I would prefer to give. Our most recent experience this time around was less than desirable and has put me in position that I cannot trust Delta when they send a young man around the age of 23 giving advise on a AC issue. That being said, I will continue to use Delta as I have been promised a trained and qualified technician for the future and they will send me the same technician each and every time. I realize that young technicians need the experience in the feild, but, they need years of experience and training before they can properly be left on their own to provide advice and costs on a repair.

Technician was excellent as always. Job done efficiently and explained clearly. We have used this company for years and are happy to continue doing so.

I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the the customer service, starting with Curtis and his patience with me and all my questions and having a new heat pump installed the following morning! Travis and his team were wonderful and thorough with the install. I'm very happy with the entire experience .The new unit is fabulous and quiet! I'd like to add Dave to this review as he has been the person checking on my unit and ensuring everything is in proper working condition, he is very thorough and so very kind.

I bought a unit from them in July everything went fine I really liked them they have where they give you a tune-up every 6 months for free for 2 years I just had a tune-up today from Ricardo and he was great and everything's running fine and even when there was a problem they did work with me to fix it I'm very happy with him and I would recommend them.

They were friendly and attentive and knowledgeable as an engineer perspective. They did what they did and made sure everything was done correctly. Even though we just installed a brand new AC.

My wife and I have been using Delta for maintenance on our HVAC system for the past ten years. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of their service.

It is rare to find a company with integrity, efficiency, and a high degree of professionalism - from the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes to your house.

Most recently the blower motor to our system failed - in the hottest weather - of course. The part was temporarily on back order from the manufacturer, so Delta loaned us portable units for free while we waited for the part to arrive.

The owner of the business, Carlos, personally came to our house on a Sat to remove the blower assembly and motor. He said that if the part didn’t arrive on Monday, he would see if he would temporarily install a different motor. Luckily the part arrived today and David came out to reinstall the blower with the new motor.

Like his colleagues at Delta, David was punctual, called 30 mins before he arrived, explained the work he was going to do, answered all my questions, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and was finished in just one hour. You can’t ask for better than that!

Our A/C is again working perfectly. Thank you Delta!
