I have worked with Renee and Cameron over at North Light Construction on a few projects. Their attention to detail, reliability and quality of work always exceeds our expectations. Very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Cameron Tall, the owner of this company, is by far one of the most professional general contractors I have worked with in the last few years. We contracted with him to demolish a building and several sheds that were located on our property to get it ready for installation of a new home. He managed the project and other contractors with skill, and worked with the City (even during these COVID times) to obtain the demolition permits we needed. The work was done on time and on budget. When we ran into some issues regarding storing some of the materials we had removed, he provided solutions to that issue that were very cost effective. I highly recommend Cameron.

Thanks NLC for the great work filling in a recessed area in our laundry room in time for the install of our new washer and dryer. We needed to fill in 2” with concrete and add new tile so the new units can sit on a flat surface so the pedestal drawer can be pulled out. On time and in budget. Thanks again.

Cameron and his crew installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. It was a big job, but they did great quality work and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Cameron again.

North Light is exactly the type of company I was looking for. I needed to replace a pergola that is attached to my home, along with some fascia that had severe dry rot. Due to having strict HOA codes, I wanted to make sure the same type of beams were used and everything would blend seamlessly. I also wanted someone who took pride in the quality of work, not just looking for a paycheck. I had been approached by several companies who somehow knew I was searching on the internet. They were too eager and were just estimators, not the one who would do the work. I found North Light through a friend and I am truly grateful. Cameron, the owner, came out to look at the job, had a quote to me in a couple of days and was able to start the job quickly. The price was very competitive and the quality of the final product is awesome. It was such a relief to know I found the perfect contractor and will not hesitate to call them for my next project.

I’ve worked with North Light Construction twice — once to rebuild an overhang damaged by storm and another to renovate our garage — and we’re currently discussing plans to renovate our MB. Cameron was fair and detailed on the bid. He was always on time and if he was going to be delayed he had the courtesy to call and let us know.
Cameron is always friendly and generally likes what he does which makes a difference between an okay job and a great job done. Whenever we have anyother projects needing done the first person I call will be Cameron.
