I have used Delrem LLC several times when I owned my house. I have since purchased a condo and there was work I needed done. Steve did a great job doing the work I needed getting done. Whether a small or large job Delrem will do a 5 star job. I strongly recommend them.

I was referred to Delram LLC to repair my deck. Steve gave me a quote, I signed the contract and the job was scheduled.
I was also impressed with the workmanship!

After years of being disappointed and frustrated with other contractors, my wife Rose and I met Steve from DelRem. He wrote a proposal for our kitchen roof, explaining everything that would be done using quality materials and a professional crew. He went above and beyond any expectations. He also kept his word on the project cost. His being on the job itself allayed any fears Rose and I may have had. Contractors just don’t get better or more honest than him and his wife. The job was perfectly done.

The DelRem team is so reliable and professional, it’s very refreshing. The turnaround time on pricing and project planning for our front porch was immediate and within days they were onsite doing the work as scheduled.

The team is very particular about quality and onsite cleanliness and even swept up every night when they left. They asked for our opinions on things which was really nice and went above and beyond in their quality assurance. They cared as much about this project as we did. They also have great ideas at the onset of a project.

I can’t say enough about these guys… in today’s world, finding a group like this that is reliable, sticks to the estimate, responds immediately, shows up on time and who does impeccable work is rare. They will not disappoint.

We hired DelRem to help us with a conversion of our garage into a detached home office and were completely pleased with the result and highly recommend them. The space is both functional and beautiful. This was a big and somewhat expensive project for us but a lot of the big, highly advertised contractors wouldn’t take our business. Some wouldn’t even come out to give us an estimate, saying that the job was too small and not worth their time. DelRem gave us an estimate within our budget and stuck to it along with the deadlines they laid out for the project at the outset. They also worked with us throughout to make little tweaks along the way to make sure the project turned out the way we wanted while staying in our budget. Both Steve and Lindsay were great to work with, had great, cost effective suggestions and listened to and acted on our input. Their crews worked well, were polite and cleaned up after. They lived up to their promise to meet and exceed our expectations.

We recently had Del Rem replace two doors in our home. Lindsay and Steve were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They came out, assessed the work and helped us pick out the perfect doors. They were ordered and installed within a few weeks as promised. The guys that came for the install arrived on time, were very professional, efficient and cleaned up when they were done. The workmanship is excellent! We are very pleased with our new doors and will definitely be using them in the future for our home improvement projects.

I contacted DelRem,, for repair of my detached overhang on the porch.. And I received a callback from Lindsey, and I must say she was very knowledgeable,, understandable and exceptionally kind to my horrible situation. She guided me in what direction her company would take to fixed my overhang that was detached which also did present a danger to my home. Her business knowledge on how to get the job done,, was just outstanding! I do appreciated her business ethics added with the compassion she expressed to my situation. Which you rarely see at All today! I had just purchased this home a couple of years ago and the awning/overhang was not installed properly which made it impossible for us to used our front door.. Lindsey sent out her crew,, Javier and company. Them guys worked very diligently, professional,, until that overhang was reattached,, and installed columns to make it complete. EXCELLENT and great quality workmanship!!

Called Steve when I had an issue with my water lines freezing. Him and his crew were able to find the issue and remediate it. I also had them install some overheard lighting while they were there. They completed all the work in a timely and professional manner, kept everything clean and tidy while the work was going on, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely happy to use their services.

We recently moved here and our new home needed some small projects done: kitchen backsplash put in, a thermostat moved and a foyer light fixture installed. It’s so daunting having to rely on the internet to find someone but we were lucky to find Delrem! Steve is always quick to respond, which counts for a whole lot. Steve and Lindsay both stopped in to see the scope of the projects to give us an accurate quote, and they make for a great team. They offered suggestions on how to design our backsplash to make it look more stylish, and we are happy we took their advice! Robert did the work and he did an amazing job! He was dedicated to making it look perfect and took the time to make it sure it was right instead of rushing through to get it done. He has plenty of experience and it shows. We are beyond thrilled with the completed result! Every time we walk into the kitchen we stop and stare to admire how great that backsplash looks! It can be uncomfortable to have strangers come into your home for several days to work, but we didn’t experience that awkwardness for even a second with Delrem. We’ll be sure to use them for any future projects and will recommend them to anyone in need of a contractor in a heartbeat.

This was probably my best experience with a contractor. They were very professional and did a great job replacing an old tub/shower with a walk-in shower and replacing a rotten bathroom floor, completing the job sooner than anticipated. Steve and Lindsay are both very personable and a pleasure work with. After the job was completed, they came out to perform a final inspection and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied before requesting final payment. I plan to use them for future projects.

Delrem does an excellent job! They are very quick to respond and make the process of getting repairs done as painless as possible. They did a variety of repairs for us in a short timeframe and we were then able to sell our house after only 6 days on the market. I definitely recommend them!
