Apple Remodeling installed a roof on my house and the experience went flawless. From the initial quote through install, Phil, Katie and Christian were all super to work with. The crew was on time and diligently worked through the summer heat completing the project on time. My roof looks great, and my neighbors like it to. Awesome company to work with.

I recently had my roof replaced by Apple Remodeling and they did a phenomenal job. The consultation I had with Phil was thorough and insightful, the price given was more than reasonable. Christian the property manager that came out with the roofing team was so polite and made himself available to ask questions if and when needed. The company kept me involved throughout the whole process and took pictures of the project, before, during and after. They were fast and efficient, my new roof was up in 8 hours and it looks beautiful! Would definitely refer to them for your roofing needs!

From the guy that came out to look at our roof and gave my mother a price to the guys that stayed until 8pm were great at their job. It took them 2 days to put a new roof on and put 3 new skylights that were included in the package. the project manager Christian offered to let me use their tall ladder to caulk the inside of my skylight since I didn’t have a tall enough ladder. That was awesome of him and unexpected.
I appreciate the guys for their quick great work and good clean up. Appreciate not taking advantage of my mother since she’s new to making home decisions since my father just past away. Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for more plywood after the 8 or so that were included were used, already paying around 40000$. But all in all great work thank you so much

We just had a good experience with the replacement of our roof performed by Apple. Phil came by after we received very high estimates from other companies. We really appreciated Phil’s no pressure sales approach and his fair price. The job took only 1 day because the roof mechanics were talented and used modern equipment. They were under the watchful eyes of the project manager Christian who was very professional and stayed onsite until the job was completed. The workers respected our property and we highly recommend them for your roofing project.

Great experience with Apple from start to finish! I was going to go with another company but decided to return their call and get them to provide an estimate. To my surprise, Katie at Apple beat the other one by over $1,000, included the upgraded shingles, and also my shed. Communication was wonderful, my supervisor Christian led a crew that completed the work in one day! They included drone shots of the progress throughout the day! When they were wrapping up, the crew cleaned up very well left the property in great condition. Highly recommend you call Apple for your next roof...you won't be disappointed!

My newly installed roof looks great and I am happy with the GAF roofing materials.
One big exception Though! After installation, I noticed that the vents Which existed on all the roof peaks were not completely replaced.
I’ve had numerous discussions with the contractor wanting to know why Vent caps were not replaced on two roof peaks. Roof vent caps are installed on all peaks on almost every property in my neighborhood And in this area. My only course of action to get this corrected is to file a fraudulent claim against Apple Remodeling

We had a great experience with Apple. They actually started the job sooner than anticipated which was great. Obviously time
will tell with how well the roof holds up but I imagine it will do great. We got quotes from several roofing companies and although it was not the cheapest quote it was much more reasonably priced than some others that were offering the same products.

Worst experience with a company and owner of a company ever. We hired them to do a complete redo of our roof. We paid $14,852. None of the original leaks were fixed and we now have multiple new leaks. The owner, Phil fired the whole crew after my house was done which says a lot.

The foreman left the whole day, came back when the job was done. The roof on my whole house was supposed to be done and they forgot to do the sunroom roof. Then we get billed an additional amount of $1,584 for all the wood they ripped off because they couldn't get it off. They ripped every piece off, our entire roof was wide open. We didn't agree with having to pay him anymore money when we have leaks all over that we have sent multiple videos to prove. No one will respond to our calls or texts. We ended up trying to pay them this extra money he came up with after we were paid in full. Phil told us he accepted cash. He sent someone out to pick it up and they did not bring a receipt even though we reminded them multiple times. We refused to give him $1,584 in cash without a receipt in hand. They stopped responding completely after that. We then sent a check by certified mail which sat at the post office for weeks and was refused by Apple twice. We called many times asking how we can get this paid and get these leaks fixed with no response. Phil seems to be under the impression that he can just wash his hands of us. We have a contract and paid $14,852 which we have proof of and this is how he treats a customer that has issues with his company's workmanship and his ethics. All we wanted was the leaks fixed. We had someone look at our roof recently and it will cost us almost $10,000 to fix it. I realized then that's why he is washing his hands of us because him getting $1,584 from us is nothing in comparison to how much it will cost to fix this. I do not recommend them. If you have a problem with any of their work, good luck getting it fixed. One person came out once, no other times did anyone come here to fix any leaks. Btw, those pics are dated and NOT old. We also have multiple videos with dates.

Phil and Katie were great to work with. Their crew did a phenomenal job with the entire job (roof, siding, gutters) in some pretty harsh weather for significantly less money than other companies quoted us for the same work (~$13,000 less). We’re very pleased with the work, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a great exterior remodeling.

Id also add, my insurance company didn't want to cover my cost and Phil fought for months until they finally agreed. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

This contractor is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Personable, reliable with great communication and holds principles of family values and pride in the community. They do not over promise but deliver all that they say they will. I had a long standing dispute with an insurance claim regarding roof damage from a storm that multiple contractors promised they would resolve and then bailed on. Horrible situation with State Farm that is in no way shape or form looking out for their policy holders. Apple Remodeling took on and did the best they could with State Farm. In the end the claim wasn’t not resolved with insurance but Apple Remodeling did everything they could and went above and beyond to back a promise to make our home safe and secure again. They brought relief and helped us out of this nightmare situation. They delivered promises that they originally made and followed through to make sure we were happy. Phil, Katie and the rest of the crew were very professional and courteous while remaining by very responsive to any question or need that came up. I would whole heartedly and without hesitation use this crew again for any future repair or remodeling needs. Thanks again!

Although we haven't had any work done to our roof, Phil was very professional and upfront about the situation of our home. He explained everything in detail about the work that would be done and how long it would be. I personally haven't dealt with anyone business wise that was more honest and caring than Phil and I look forward to Apple Remodeling getting the job!!!

I am very pleased with the new roof. It is quite an upgrade from the original roof. It was 6 days from the estimate to the finished job. The roof looks great. The work crew showed up, did the job, and cleaned up the area in one day. I would recommend Apple for your roofing needs.

2 overall – 1 for the office, 4 for the work.
Office – once the contract was signed, I had to initiate most of the communications to get status of the work. After the work was done and paid, multiple emails and phone calls have not been returned regarding a final clean up and to obtain the building permits.

Work – they started about 1 pm, finished about 8:30 pm in the dark. I was told the late start was due to a vehicle breakdown. The workers worked, they were busy the entire time. They put tarps down to collect trash and debris, there was one person who appeared to do nothing but collect trash and debris, including blown items that went into the neighbor’s yards, which I appreciated. The next day I looked at the work and identified a couple of areas that were fixed that day. I pointed out nails left on the ground to Katie when she came to collect the payment. I’ve found other debris around the yard from the work. A week later and after several unreturned emails and phone calls, I’ve not been contacted about getting someone out to clean up.

Quality work, done fast with attention to detail and also great customer service. Highly recommend this company, Phil is great guy, helpful every step of the way and easy to work with. Recommend+

Phil & his team did an amazing job on our roof! We were very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The process of a two layer roof tear off & completion took 1 day & the entire team did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. It is clear that Phil is passionate about roofing! He provides ample information and is courteous and professional in every aspect of his business. We got a new roof in 2 weeks, which was excellent seeing as our existing roof had multiple leaks. The workers were efficient and provided top quality work. Phil followed up to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Obviously we are!! Highly recommendable!!

11.3.2022 the owner of the company came out to give me an estimate on a full roof replacement. OMG! What a nightmare. 1st of all he was in my house for almost 2 hours telling me all about how happy his customers were and how he goes out on 2 calls per day "in order to stay competitive". I had to look at pictures of his wife and son, "so we could develop a relationship" We then painfully went over 7 competitors written estimates. I literally mean line for line. When I tried to hand the papers back to him he said "you hold onto them for a minute" So awkward. I just stood there.
I have received a few estimates since his visit to my house and 4 of them were from the exact companies he was talking about. None of them were hand written estimates in ballpoint pen like the ones he showed. ALL of them were emailed to me and were typed. When I asked him how he received these estimates he said his Jamaican customer, who loves the company and still leaves reviews, despite moving to Florida, gave them to him. Hmmm.....sounds a little fishy.

He went on and on about how these other companies only gave a 10 warranty for the price and his company gave a 25 year warranty with no money down. Well duh, you"re booking out 3-4 wks and you work with a finance company. By the time the job is even started you know that the customer has been fully approved for the loan and you're getting the payment. That's why it takes 3 wks to start the job. As for the 25 year warranty on the work (this is different from the manufacture warranty of 50 years on the shingle itself) Only 1 company DID NOT offer this.

And now for the high pressure sales pitch. After trying to convince me that all the other companies are going to be ridiculously high, he goes on to tell me that his company works like amazon prime. You can get a special price on those ear buds of 99.00 dollars on prime day but if you sleep on it and go back to Amazon the next days to get that price it will be 144.00. He stated he doesn't have time to come back the next day to let people think about it because he has to make all of these estimate visits to potential customers.

If i signed right then and there, there would be a 15% discount and my monthly payment would be 399.00 per month. (he neglected to mention interest rates and the length of the loan) I immediately told him I was not signing anything today and needed to get other estimates. He asked why I would put it off since I need a roof and will have to replace it anyway.
He then said he would write it up with both prices and it would be about 5 minutes. He then asked me if he could have a glass of water (his second ) because his throat was dry from all the talking. We of course it's dry after a 2 hour presentation!

After I came back with his 2nd glass of water he handed me a quote of 29 thousand and some odd dollars that is good for 90 days since singles are made of petroleum and the price can go up at any time. If I signed right then and there I would get the "discounted price"(with was $3500 dollars higher than all 4 of his competitors) of 24 thousand and some odd dollars.

I again told him I was not signing anything right then and there. He got mad and said " Do you like Apple Ma'am?" Not wanting to be rude and feeling extremely uncomfortable, I tried to play it off by saying that I didn't really have anything to compare it to and that I didn't know anything about roofing.

He then said "Don't tell me you don't know anything about roofing. Do you like apple?" I stammered a little and said "I don't know I only have gotten 1 estimate so far" He asked "do you believe the google reviews?"

When I didn't answer, he then barked back at me "then that would be a no Ma'am". I promptly turned and opened my door for him. As he was packing up he says " Did I say something to offend you?" This dude is really tone deaf and cannot read a room. I stated I didn't like high pressure sales. He then says "oh, I'm a salesman now? Try owner of the company" and storms off.

$3200-3500 more that the competition for the same exact work.

Phil (the owner) is very knowledgeable and professional. My roof started leaking after a bad storm and he was able to come to my house within 3 days to give me an estimate on redoing the roof. His price was reasonable and his team was able to fix my roof within a week. The roof was in bad shape and needed a lot of work but they were still able to finish it within 1 day. They cleaned up everything and even swept up all the dead leaves around my porch which was nice. Phil reached out to me after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The new roof looks very good and I would use this company again.

They did a great job and quickly as well. They are professional and efficient. I recommend them to anyone seeking a new roof. They worked with our insurance agency as well.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the new roof, gutters, and soffit vents I had installed by Phil’s team at Apple Remodeling. I knew when I purchased my “new” home it needed a lot of roofing work. I got estimates from multiple companies and Apple Remodeling was one of the two lowest cost. I selected them because Phil’s estimate was very detailed and thorough and he gave me his personal assurance that I’d be completely satisfied. They were able to complete everything even earlier than originally scheduled. I observed them installing the different systems (roofing, gutters, attic knee wall, soffit vents) and could tell they were professional, skilled craftsmen. And when they were done they thoroughly cleaned up my property. The entire process couldn’t have been any easier and Phil delivered on his promise … I’m completely satisfied!

The workers came early Saturday morning instead of Friday as we had rain all day Friday. They worked harmoniously together into the night. They wanted to come at day break Sunday morning thinking it would be a problem but we told them it was very thoughtful of them to let us know and of course this was great for us as we get up at 5 o'clock as well. They arrived as they said and worked until the rain came that evening. I was afraid there would be a problem because of the rain. They protected everything so well you would not know it rain the next day when they came to complete the project. They finished Monday while we were at the doctor's office. They did a fantastic job and all my neighbors were just as excited as we were when the workers completed the roof. One of my neighbors had gone to Baltimore and had seen them when they started the job and she was so glad to know that they had no problems with the roof. We are so pleased that we chose Apple Remodeling to replace our roof.

They did a really excellent job the emoloyees were respectful and they worked with my insurance company on me getting a new roof and if you work with them they will work with you to get the job done right we are so happy!

Apple was terrific, they were reasonable the men worked so hard to get the job finished and the owner was very helpful. They used the best materials and gave us a 50 year warranty. We will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends!
