Recently got my roof replaced with diamond state roofing due to a wind storm that damaged various shingles. Spoke with Dan and he helped navigate the difficult process of going through insurance. From making the initial claim to roof install he and his crew made everything seamless! Highly recommend!

They are FAST and got our garage roof done quickly and with no issues! Got there at 7:00 and were done and gone by 12:30. Cleaned up completely with no shingles or nails anywhere to be found. Dan, the owner, is professional and really cares about providing honest and quality services. He made the process seamless and delivered excellent work. More importantly, he is just a good person!

These Delaware winds can be wicked and they had done a job on my roof over the 20 year age of my home. I also had a persistent leak that presented as a water stain in my master bedroom ceiling. My previous roofer tried and failed to pinpoint the source of the leak several times. He would repair a part of the roof and I would repair + paint my MBR ceiling only to have a new water stain appear months later. ‍♀️ I noticed that these leaks occurred right after a major wind and rainstorm.
Enter Dan Moody of Diamond State Roofing, who had replaced two of my neighbors' roofs. He inspected my roof, advised me of the damage and the need for a total replacement, and educated me about the process. Because of the wind damage, insurance paid the FULL cost of the repair, less my $1000 deductible, AND the cost of repairing + painting my MBR ceiling and one other area in my home in which I discovered a water stain.
Dan was professional, an effective communicator, provided timely follow-ups, and my roof was replaced in ONE day. This was an easy, low stress process that required little work from me -- 5 minutes to enter my insurance claim on line, 15 minutes to meet with the adjuster, and a few minutes to pick out my preferred roof color.
