Delmarva Buildings - Urbana, OH

We had a great experience designing and finalizing our new detached garage with Delmarva. Keith was extremely helpful in guiding our design decisions! We were referred to Delmarva by a well-respected commercial architect (Renier) who insisted Delmarva is the best builder of pole structures in the area. We’re glad we listened, Delmarva has been awesome and the design possibilities seem to be endless. Thank you!

I was highly satisfied with the sales/purchase experience with Delmarva, specifically Shonda.. She worked with us to design a building that met our needs within our budget. I am looking forward to seeing the end product upon completion.

Quality built barn. Keith was very responsive through the entire process. There were some growing pains with communication with the construction manager during switching of personnel, but we got through it. Paul and the construction team that built the barn were great, kept a clean job site and were great communicators of the project progress.

We enjoyed working with Delmarva on the build of our two car detached garage. They were very professional throughout the process, especially when supply chain issues held up the delivery of the garage door. Quality was great and have already recommended to others!

I have recently completed a build with the Delmarva team on a 20'x30' pool/pole building and have nothing but great things to say about the team. They were in constant communication with us and more than willing to work with us on the construction and changes we made before and during the build. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times and would use them again if I had/have another project.

Words can’t adequately describe how frustrating and disappointed we are with this so called company. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! I’m very surprised they are still in business. I would recommend to everyone to get other companies to bid on your building. Their communication is nonexistent except to get your money ( most of which was up front). They wouldn’t return your calls and you can’t get anyone in management to call you back. They keep passing you on to a person who has zero customer service skills and really doesn’t care about your issues! I can continue on for pages and pages of disappointment but if you have any intelligence/common sense you hear what I’m saying and you would go elsewhere.
