Roofs by Warren

This was seamless from beginning to end. The roofers showed up at 7am and began work right away. Excellent work and clean up. The following day I had gutters and down spouts installed which was another exceptional job. I would recommend your company to anyone.

We were so nervous about having our roof replaced because of a horrific experience we had with a previous roofing company. (We ended up in court over that job!) Our insurance agent referred us to Roofs by Warren and we absolutely could not be happier!

Our initial meeting with Warren instantly put us at ease. He was very thorough in his explanation of what we could expect from beginning to end of the job. And when his crew arrived on the day scheduled for the job, the amount of care they took to cover everything before beginning was such a relief! They worked nonstop (except for a lunch break) from early morning until the roof was finished.

The care they took in cleanup was also a pleasant surprise! We could not tell anyone had been at our house except for the beautiful new roof we now had installed on our home. Honestly, I could go on and on about how ecstatic we are about the job Roofs by Warren did for us.

We have a 150 year old Victorian. There was some wind damage to our soffit and gutters. Roofs by Warren came in and got the job done in just a day. I would highly recommend them . Very professional and didn’t leave a mess for us to clean up.

I would highly recommend Roofs by Warren for your next job. They were quick to get us on the schedule and his crews worked long days to get it done. Covered the side of the house with tarps and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Looks great!

We had Roofs by Warren in for an estimate they went over the details with my wife and I. Told us they would start as soon as weather permitting which they came on early in the morning and worked till dark. They came back early next morning and finished ,they were professional and done a great job better than expected.

This is the second time I used Roofs by Warren for different roof repairs. They did an excellent job both times. Unfortunately they did not install the replacement roof, that was my mistake. I would highly recommend them.

Did a quick job which was good, but they had to come back to fix things. Needed more materials. Shot nails threw the drip edge. Edges of the roof are not straight not one. Allot of mess and cigarette butts everywhere. They only fixed the valley nothing else. Had 4 Contractors stop in and they all had bad things to say along with they felt sorry for us! I give them about a 4 out of 10

We had a house fire and Roof by Warren did our complete roof, siding, and gutter replacement in summer of 2022. We had a leak in July 2023 due to bad workmanship. Instead of sending someone to investigate because our ceiling was leaking, i had to play 20 questions
with them and eventually forced to get up in the attic and prove it was leaking because the water spot and dripping ceiling wasn't enough. Then i had to prove a animal didn't get in the attic area and pee'd enough to leak through the ceiling, but once it rained that night and i had i video of the roof leaking, they finally sent someone out. I actually had to record the water dripping then they eventually agreed to send someone! But it was not repair correctly. Didnt even offer to throw some ceiling paint over the ceiling water spot. Well....now our bathroom smells like mold, our ceiling is sagging, and the exact same spot is leaking again but now we have mold everywhere. You can tell from the yellow circle in photos it is same exact spot. Those wood sheets are soft. No mold down by Soffit vents or Fascia.

I guess we see how morning calls with Roofs by Warren, Insurance, Mold inspection go.

We recently had our roof replaced by Roofs by Warren. Mr. Ropp and his crew handled themselves very professionally from the initial phone call until completion of the work. They provided prompt and efficient service removing old shingles and replacing with new in one day. We were pleased to work with him and highly recommend his services.

Showed up on time and completed repair in very timely manner. Very professional job, can't tell the difference between the old and the new shingles. Would definitely recommend.

I hav had 2 roofs done by Roofs by Warren and hav referred him to all my friends and family , all of which hav been completely satisfied and more so surprised of his integrity and loyalty to the job and families.. Warren and his crew run their ship very smoothly, if waves come up he runs right thru them without skipping a beat.. he takes your calls and calls you back, we all know that is key! We recently bought a house and (unfortunately) needed our roof replaced.

Warren explained the current condition of our roof, pros & cons of partial repairs vs. a full replacement, as well as the quality of each material available.

We interviewed two other local roofing companies and none of them were as helpful/informative. They also quoted us quite a bit higher than Warren.

While we had to wait a bit from signing until install (totally normal esp. with current demand/material delays) the install itself took just one day and the clean up/follow up was also very quick and effective

We had a covered porch built on the back of our house and Roofs By Warren did a new roof for us. His crew was fantastic. They were quick and did a great job. Price was fair. I would absolutely recommend!!

Roofs by Warren is the #1 place for your roof needs. Ive used them twice for small repairs in the last year or so. 1-They were the only person I could get to actually take on a small leak repair, everyone else kept telling me they were booked up with full roof jobs for months. The problem with this is, if I have to wait 2 months for them to check it out, in the meantime the inside of my house is being damaged by water. Roofs by Warren was prompt and reliable about getting back to me, showing up, and getting the repair done.
2-Repairs are never cheap, but I feel like they were very fair with the final cost of the first repair.
The 2nd time I needed a repair, it was extremely small and simple. The OWNER himself showed up and quickly completed it. Then, taking the extreme simplicity of the repair into consideration, was kind enough to give me a very substantial discount when considering what standard service call costs are, etc.

Had a removal and metal install. They were a month late from when they said they would be there. The crew they subcontracted out followed no safety precautions. Damagaged exciting roof. And did a poor job of clean up still had asbestos shingles on the ground. Then the crew they had do the roof had little experience with metal roofs. Had to replace couple areas. And didn't order enough. Whole process took 3 month all while I was trying to get the house on market. Warren took no responsibility. The foreman did what he could . Would not recommend horrible experience.

From the moment Warren himself greets you with colorful brochures displaying your many prospects, the levels of care and professionalism that separate Roofs by Warren from its competitors are evident. Todd, his onsite foreman, is notably a cut above others in similar positions in all measurable skill sets. Even when the job was complete, there was not simply one walkthrough to ensure all debris was removed from the property; four times was the property checked and run over with a magnetic roller, as to ensure an additional level of safety for our 1 year old daughter.
Small issues arose occasionally during the course of the job, as these things tend to do, but, easily contacted, both Todd and Warren himself personally responded quickly to any concerns of mine, and saw that they were handled not only with expedience, but often provided solutions exceeding my satisfaction.
The crew is literally astounding, demonstrating a quality of work ethic and drive I have not experienced since education corporations in Japan. They willingly and easily put up a quality roof on a 3,500 sq ft house in under 3 days. My crew had workers from at least 4 different countries, and again Warren demonstrates his ability to select and keep an exceedingly qualified crew. When a workhorse is needed to pull the cart, you don’t select that horse by color or appearance, you pick the one that’s going to do the best job, and each and every one of Warren’s onsite crew and management are like Clydesdales.
Small issues detracted from absolute perfection, and I would have given Roofs by Warren a 4.5, but coupling the above factors with what I believe is a true sense of concern for the long-term care of both his customers, his employees, and the future of his company, he exudes a genuine drive to ethically succeed in a world where ethics are considered not profitable, and for that, we are forced to round him up to a 5.
