Bought my first Subaru here! Everyone there is amazing, kind and very helpful. They truly go out of their way to help others. Two, I feel deserve special recognition are JD and Andy. They are both great down to earth honest people. They are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and patient.

I just recently purchased a Subaru Legacy and had a great experience! Jim Brown my salesman helped me though every step. He made everything very easy! Jim explained the process and taught me about all the features of my new car. I definitely will go back to Jim!

I must admit that I didn't think that I would be overly fond of most new car salespeople boy was I wrong J D Brown was extremely helpful in instruction of the vehicle. just bought my 5th subaru from my favorite salesman JD Brown . forester was 3 weeks old and i got a flat tire on a saturday . gave JD a quick call and he set me up . got it taken care of fast. can't ask for more than that. needless to say my wifes next subie will be from JD. thanks again for everyone there that helped me out .

To setup appointment for service.a week away. Sherry wS very professional n experienced. Te only problem I have is: this is hurting a look over appointment not fix the problem with my vehicle. So next Wednesday they are looking then another appointment for service of vehicle. They have 3 different dealerships that one could be able to do it faster.

Pleasant experience with first oil change. Wait time was minimal (1 hour) and we had a concierge texting while there to make sure we were accommodate. Very friendly employees as well. 5 *

Andy in sales made it so easy for my son and I. And we were a difficult scenario. Mark was standing in for the usual finance guy at hyandai...Mark worked so hard to keep our payments reasonable definately went above and beyond. Honestly I visited there and was unsure how my experience would be didnt think it would be any good at all but I am 5 star satisfied after my 2nd visit thanks guys you definately went above and beyond.

I took our 2019 Forester to have the 5k mile service as I had made an appointment. They took me right in. The lovely service attendant welcomed me and confirmed my identity. She asked if I needed other services other than those I told her on the phone. I had just yesterday received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change with filter, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. She readily accepted the coupon and smiled a beautiful smile. So friendly! She told me to wait in the lobby where they had free snacks and beverages. Roughly 40 minutes later a young man came and said I was all done. I signed the papers, he gave me a copy and I left. This is but one reason I ONLY deal with Delaney.

Subaru Service Department

I feel the duty when i have an experience with a great or very bad service or store. So i just want to tell you my honest experience with Delaney Subaru Service.

Today was the day before thanksgiving and i had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30. I drive my vehicle up yo the service garage and the door opens up giving you a nice space inside to park, gather your things and drop the keys off. Every person i have ever dealt with has been so nice and down to earth. I drop my keys and leave.

Later at 4:00pm i felt my car should be done but they havent called. I call and they check on the status. They are running a little behind (Day before Thanksgiving) and very politely apologized for not having it done yet. You figure this would be irritating, but they were very nice on the phone, apologized and ended up waiving my Oil Change Fee giving me free service.

I go and pick up the car thinking maybe i misheard. I get there and my car is ready within minutes free of charge.

This was the first time they have done that and i get my vehicle serviced solely at Delaney. I left with a smile when any other place would have had me fuming. My experience with Delaney Subaru Service has been nothing but smiles. I have a mechanic in the family and i dont even get treated like that from him.

The waiting rooms are beautiful with free coffee and drinks, the service is really efficient and streamlined. The Service is impeccable. Delaney Subaru Service is truly the best place around to take your Subaru or Hyundai in for service.

P.S. i Drive a Subaru WRX STI Limited. This car is my baby! They handle my car just like i do when it is there and i know my car, even with all the technical complexities that it has is in good hands. I also noticed many people working there have A WRX or STI so it helps me feel at ease when they work on my STI.

P.P.S. to everyone working at the Service Department Nov 27th 2019, i want to applaud how you handled my stressfull day even though i know things were stressfull for your technicians that day. Great Job!

We had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Chevrolet at Delaney's.

It started on a Sunday night, when John Tew went the second mile to reply to our email inquiry and arranged for us to see the vehicle the next morning.

Scott, our salesman, was professional and knowledgeable, but very easy-going without making us feel pressured in any way.

The whole Sales Team graciously worked with us and we even had the pleasure to close the deal with Mr. Bell, the General Manager, who sincerely valued making us satisfied customers.

I purchased a new honda from them 7 years ago. Service has been excellent. Costs are about 30% less than service on my previously owned ford. All work clearly explained and appointments are short.
