Our experience with DeKalb Roofing was exceptional, just as it was for several of our neighbors. Jeff and Robert were extremely professional and took the time to educate us about our options and to clearly outline the process. When you call, you actually get to speak with one of them! The crew arrived in a timely manner, completed the job in two days, and cleaned up the site. The final price was exactly what we expected from the estimate and there were literally no surprises except for how much the new roof and upgraded shingles added to the curb appeal of our home. We recommend them without reservations.

Dekalb Roofing company was prompt professional and a great value for my gutters. You should call them first- They actually answer the phone in person!!!! Support businesses that don't make you wait on hold when you call them . These guys are great!!!!

Very professional. These guys did my roof and installed gutters. They replaced all damaged wood and came when they said, and finished when they said. We’re remodeling the house and the roof and gutters were the first project. I would recommend Dekalb Roofing every time and everyday. 100% satisfied.

The Dekalb Roofing experience was exceptional! The office communication up front was excellent. We were given estimates that were spot-on (did not go over), helpful information on materials, samples of shingles and immediate answers to all of our questions. The process was efficient and within a week, there was a highly professional and considerate crew working on our home. And they worked hard! The team took 3 layers of old shingle off and replaced our roof AND gutters in two days. They kept everything very neat and we can tell the installation is high quality. If we need anything roof or gutter related in the future, Dekalb Roofing will be our guys. They know what they are doing.

Dekalb Roofing had done a couple roofs, gutter replacements, and repairs for us. We just got brand new gutters and gutter guards. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness, flexibility and willingness to get the job done in a timely manner- not to mention high quality work! I couldn’t ask for much more. We are very pleased!!

Thank you for a job well done! Reasonable prices, easy estimate, work completed on time with little fuss. Had roof, gutters & gutter guards done as well as some repairs to soffits/fascia & decking. This house was one we own as a rental in our neighborhood. We will be using them for our personal home (in the same n'hood) soon. Jeff & Robert Berry (Brothers-one of whom lives in Laurel Ridge).

Jeff came out for the estimate. He was very thorough, took notes and pictures of our particular requests (e.g., remove old gutters before new roof application, extended drip edge to thwart rodent entry, etc.). DeKalb Roofing’s pricing was lower than the big advertising roofers but not the lowest we received. Price was a factor for as this was a large purchase however we were also concerned about the quality of the job. So the level of detail paid during the quoting process helped drive the decision.

Jose was the foreman for the roofing work. He reviewed the scope of the job before they started and he had the same list of our specific requests provided to Jeff so there was no having to re-hash everything with him nor his being surprised. He and his team did an excellent job and were very thorough.

Julio then took charge for the gutters and gutter covers. The same crew so they knew the nuances of the roof edge already. Same level of detail for the gutters, covers and downspouts. We have a lot of large poplars so our roof gets covered with their pollen flowers and seeds in the fall. There were no gaps in the covers for those pesky seeds to get between. Also went with the Leaf Solution Xtreme Gutter Guard system after having tried various types, all of which clog with the poplars.

Both jobs had very good attention to detail which would be very easy to skip or hide on such a large job, i.e., replacing questionable fascia which will be covered by gutters, making sure there were no gaps between fascia and roof edge (as we had requested), plenty of caulk and mastic to ensure long-term, weather-proof seals, etc. The crew cleaned up entire area after the job and left it in some areas better than when they arrived.

This is my third roofing job in 20 years between two houses and this by far was the best experience. For that reason, and because I had a hard time selecting which roofers for quotes just to start the process and was on sites like this looking, I highly recommend DeKalb Roofing.

The work may be fine but they wouldnt even give me a chance to find out. Called last week and spoke to a nice gentleman who gave me some info on how to schedule an estimate. Called this week to schedule and the woman told me that my address wasnt "even on a map" and was not in their service area despite being only 11 miles away and IN the perimeter. Bold move claiming to "cover metro Atlanta ".

Great price, Great work, on time, did what they said. I got them another job, did great job there, customer was happy, when to his home that evening, they came in morning finished he never new there came. Clean no nails trash on ground, He was shocked. Called next day paid.

As a single mother & home owner I have ran into many ppl who try to take advantage. That was never the case with Mr. Berry. So when a shingle fell after a storm there was no question who I would call. He worked with my insurance. The process was quick painless & professional. I HIGHLY recommend!

THE BEST roofing company hands down! I have been looking for someone to do my roof for 2 years. After having to curse out one contractor I found on Trust Dale (btw don't trust Dale) I had enough. Luckily I found this company on Angie's List. They did a beautiful job, and their pricing was great! They didn't try to bamboozle me and I really appreciated that. They replaced my roof and gutters in 2 days. I highly recommend them. Trust me.

I was treated very rudely on the phone. They could not give me an expected date to come out, they called me on the day they were coming but I didnt know it was them because they did not leave a message. When I called them back to check on the status of my service call, they angrily said "I called you several times and you didnt answer. I cannot come back till later this week". Two days later they called and said "I will be there in an hour."
I was not at home because I was working. They become belligerent because I was not home. I had no idea they would call or come that day. I have never been treated so rudely by a company I was trying to give my business to......it was very upsetting. All I needed was one day's notice to be at home.

On time and friendly work crew. They took pride in their work and cleaned up well after the work was done.

We have used DeKalb Roofing for years - and LOVE them! Our parents and extended family, even my neighbors, have used them. They have great pricing and very high standards of work. I would never use anyone else....don't hesitate, give them a call. Oh, and I am a real customer. I rarely post reviews - was calling them today schedule getting gutters cleaned out and saw they only had 3 reviews. Cheers to them!

Just called to attempt to have some repair work done. As I described my problem I was rudely cut off with "Let me just stop you right there because we aren't doing any repair work, only complete replacement. So you'll need to call someone who has a repair service." Maybe that is the case but the rudeness was awful.

We had a number of companies give us quotes, but Dekalb Roofing was by far the most professional. It was a pleasant sales experience without the aggressive tactics and nonstop attempts to upsell/pressure us that other vendors used.

Communication was excellent, with quick response times and informative emails/calls/visits.

The work itself was executed flawlessly. Staff was on-time, friendly, and did a superb job! They got the work done in less than the time than they anticipated, and the quality and attention to detail is very much evident.

We'd definitely recommend them to anybody for roofing services, gutter, or gutter covers, etc!
