Hana, her Field Mgr, Minook, and their work team did an excellent job on the roofing installation for our home. From start (dealing with the insurance company) to finish (double checking the final job and cleanup), Definite Construction demonstrated advocacy for the homeowner, clear communication, organization and a high degree of professionalism. Definite Construction definitely did an outstanding job with our roof. They handled all estimates and insurance matters which made it very easy for us. The job was completed in a timely manner and all clean up was done each day. They coordinated our roof with the replacement of damaged gutters and handled all aspects of that job also. When our rain cap came off, they sent someone out to secure it without extra change. This is a quality, reliable company.

Hana and her team did a stellar job on my new roof.
They were prompt in their initial evaluation of the roof and took a lot of pictures which helped explain what needed to be done.

They were able to follow the timeline from permit pulling, to material delivery, to installation. The cost seemed reasonable when comparing quotes and I’m happy with the outcome.

I’d recommend definite construction to anyone looking for roofing work.

Great level of professionalism, they did the roof of my house, but before that they came and inspect it, found some damage, dealt with the insurance, did the job in one day and clean up everything. I’m very impressed for their quality and the value of their work. 100% satisfied.

Great company to work with! Highly communicative and responsive.
I was refer to them as preferred contractor from my insurance when I filed the claim. They came out, did thorough inspection, got the estimate approved in a reasonable time. When I expressed concerns about the shingles that got blown away on my roof while waiting for the installation, they came out right away and covered it up. During the installation, I was at work so Hana sent me photos to keep me updated on the process. When I got back home, my roof was done and they were cleaning up my driveway, backyard and around the house!
