We are really pleased that we chose DE Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services LLC for their full-service home maintenance. They handled chimney repair, gas fireplace restoration, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, attic mold, and pest treatment. They also fixed little roofing problems and reinsulated our attic. Each member of the crew was informed and considerate of our personal space. Doing everything at once was made inexpensive by the bundled cost. We could feel the warmth and improved air quality right away. The fireplace now functions nicely and safely. Knowing that our house is cleaner and uses less energy is a comfort. My dryer now operates well thanks to their incredibly efficient vent cleaning service. Additionally, they inspected the air ducts and found years' worth of dust buildup. I had an excellent experience with DE Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services. James and his team started with a vent inspection and discovered a severe blockage in my dryer vent. Their vent cleaning service was extremely effective, and my dryer now runs smoothly. They also conducted an air duct inspection, uncovering years of dust accumulation. unless you feel like wasting time and dealing with a bunch of tools, Don’t even bother wasting your time calling, they don’t show up and will just try to reschedule you and won’t show up again. When I called they acted like I had no idea who I was or that I was expecting them. Literally do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Worst company ever! The scheduled my time between 10-12 and never showed up or called. I called and they rescheduled for next day between 3-5 and at 4:50 I called to find out if they were coming they said they would get ahold of the technician and called me back 29 minutes later and said my house is too far and they are not coming. I wasted 2 days waiting for them and for nothing. I think the reviews lie 5 stars yeah right

Dan was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions. Worked neatly to clean my wood-burning fireplace and were courteous about my home. Gave me instructions on how to use and care for my fireplace and made recommendations for future upgrades. I will be using DE Chimney Sweep & Repair And Gas Fireplace Services LLC again.
