If anyone has hired Joe Armstrong to install their radon mitigation. he hasn't done to code, I can promise that. He installed a radon system in our house 2 years ago, 3 months later it stopped working. After dozens of emails and calls, A YEAR LATER of empty promises to come fix it, he never did. While its supposed to be under warranty for 3 more years, we finally gave up and hired another guy. Turns out weve been living with extremely high pCi levels and Joe installed this system completly not to code. The guy that came out couldn't believe Joe installed the fan horizontally, pipes angled toward the fan instead of away from them and without a vapor barrior( which comes with every fan purchase, he just chose to not install it) when its supposed to be vertical so water doesn't build up. When he opened the fan housing it was flooded with water. Doomed from the start. Joe Armstrong is a joke and absolutely no one should ever use him.

On December 8, 2019 the building next to ours caught fire. The inside of our building filled with smoke ruining all of our product and permeating all of our displays. Our building suffered 100% smoke damage. Direct Contractor Resource and Joe Armstrong came highly recommended to us. They worked on our store from floor to ceiling, wall to wall after the cleaning crew stripped the entire inside of our building. Joe's crew put everything back together. The team was professional and clear and realistic in their time frame for when we'd be able to re-open. Everyone from painters to electricians, plumbers, and carpenters were top-notch and worked hard to get us operational as soon as possible. Someone from DCR was in our store every day of the work week, and we could see the progress of the day each evening. Being able to see that daily progress alleviated a lot of stress for us, because it showed the crew's commitment to getting us reopened in as soon as possible.
