They redid our basement walls but totally destroyed our beautiful yard by removing all the dirt and concrete piles in the rain. Even came and re seeded it for us and we still have no grass growing. $37000 job costing us over $1000 or more to get our entire yard landscaped. Pictures on yelp reviews.

Very pleased with the work. Did all 3 sides of my original house. Came and checked foundation on my addition. Had me get guttering before starting foundation work which they showed me detered the water running off my roof and having foundation issues again a few years down the road.

After a couple of weeks of rain, I was prepared for the worst. DC went over and above my expectations to install a 12-pier solution in 1 day that leveled my house. Cracks were closed and doors fit nicely after they were done. They were also very competitive price-wise. Highly recommended!

I have not used them but how ever working across street from me, no cation tape when tore up side walks, have trailer parked in middle of a side road just off my property where my guests park in stead of where there working, close to main road where people almost hit. Work site is nothing but a mess.

DC Solutions just finished a 2 day, 8 pier foundation repair. Leading up to this experience, foundation repair was a bit scary. Deric was great to deal with on the estimate and education. Chris and his crew showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous, professional and local. They answered any questions i had and did exactly what i expected. I highly recommend them.

Deric was great ... prompt and professional. He figured out the problem and gave me an honest assessment. I know how tough it is when you have to go all over the city for estimates, so I appreciate the way he handled this. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The owner (Deric) came out to inspect our foundation after we reported some cracks in walls and ceiling. We were convinced we needed repair, but Deric indicated this was natural settling and not something in need of immediate repair. He gave us tips for watching the cracks to see if another inspection would be needed later. We wanted to pay for his time, but he insisted there was no charge. He could have easily recommended repairs given our concern, so we truly appreciated his honesty and suggestions. Will DEFINITELY recommend to others and we will use them in the future should the need arise.

Deric came out to evaluate my garage footing and was professional and up front with me. Most of all, I appreciated his honesty! He said if I was going to put up sheetrock on the finished wall, I'd likely have to deal with cracks due to the footing shifting. However, if I chose to repair, it would be several thousand $$$ less than one of the large foundation companies. He also evaluated my crawlspace with the same honesty and forthrightness. His estimate for encapsulation was also way below what the big companies would charge. I trust this man and will be calling on him should I need his company's services!

DC Solutions did foundation repair on the front of our home and we are very please with the work. Deric, Chris and crew were very easy to work with and we plan on using them again in the future!

Chris from DC was able to get a fair bid quickly and was easy to work with. They did the work they said they would do in a timely manner. I Would certainly use them again!

We have an immense amount of water that flows through the bedrock under our basement foundation. Before we had our work done we'd frequently have standing water and if there was a big rain we would have several inches of water throughout the entire space. DC Solutions moved our sump pit and installed a perimeter drainage tile. We've had absolutely no water in our basement for a year now, and that says A LOT with the rain we had this spring. We've now made a living space in our basement, carpet included, thanks to the work of DC Solutions we're confident it will stay dry. Their employees were all courteous and respectful of our home. We'd reccomend them to anyone needing foundation repair!

They gentlemen who worked on our foundation problem were very competent and courteous. They leveled our "new addition" and excavated the south side of our basement to stop a bad leak.

I would not hesitate to recommend them highly. In fact I have asked them to now level our driveway.

These guys are legit… They are very detailed oriented and wants to do the job right. I know most of their employees personally and are happy with them around our home and family!

We recently hired DC Solutions LLC to fix our foundation. During construction they bent our gas line and said nothing. Gas leaked from our home for almost a month. Kansas Gas replaced the meter & repaired the leak when we finally discovered it ourselves almost a month later.
DC Solutions LLC promised in our contract to protect our driveway, remove all debris, replace top soil/put down grass seed & reset the fence. Instead they left our yard piled high with clay soil & rock, left 3 of our gates inoperable, destroyed our newish driveway, left a ridiculous amount of property damage and attempted to cover it up or deny it. (They cut a cable line and just buried it! They propped a rock up in our fence to make it look operable!) They did more damage to our home than repair.
Before construction even started they established a pattern of disrespect by pushing the project back on the day it was supposed to start. We had to move out of our living space and disconnect our air conditioner on May 7th thinking they were going to start and be done in 5 days. They told us on the 7th they needed to delay a week and start the 14th. They told us on May 14 they would start on June 11. In the meantime we had no living space and no AC. We purchased a window unit after being told we would need to wait weeks to find someone to reconnect. When we finally did get someone to reconnect we discovered DCS had kinked the copper pipe so badly we would need repair and had to wait for the technician to return with proper equipment.
We only just moved back in this week and just had our AC reconnected YESTERDAY!
These guys have threatened to put a lien on my house because we stopped payment on a $20,000 check (we’ve already paid them $9,000) Let that soak in: they were hired for a $30,000 job, created $28,000 in damages, left us without AC during May & June, destroyed our property and now they want us to pay?!? Chris met us with unapologetic & sexist behavior. He didn’t even have the decency to spit out his chewing tobacco after destroying our property and threatening to put a lien on our home if we didn’t pay in full.He asked to speak only with my husband and not me. I have video evidence of his rude behavior. Deric was apologetic upon seeing the damage and asked us to get repair estimates. Two days later Deric had a change of tune and had the gaul to tell us to hurry up with the numbers. He then completely ignored those estimates and simply offered $10,000 off. Her repeatedly copied and pasted the same message instead of responding in a professional, compassionate and/or informative manner. They refused to give us their insurance information (email still not received) and ceased communication.
I am just so terribly I dismayed. This was my mother’s home before she died and now it’s ours. To have someone so blatantly disrespect it especially while still grieving the loss of my mother is a heartbreaking violation.
I was hoping for some good faith negotiations (especially since a week of our wait was due to them being out of the country on a mission trip) but I know now that was wishful thinking. Buyer beware. They seemed like good honest thorough workers but we were duped. I don’t know how some ppl can live with themselves.

I contacted DC Solutions to check out concerns with my foundation. They were courteous and honest. They came out only two days after my call and determined that it was natural settling. Deric did not try to convince me to spend money on what I did not need. He also explained what was going on with my house in a way that I could understand without making me feel dumb. I will call them first if I ever have any more concerns!
