We love Farm Bureau! My husband and I decided to change insurance companies in 2019 after another company expectantly raised our homeowner insurance. My parents go through Farm Bureau and highly recommended for us to call Rusty Walters. Rusty drove out to our home to meet in person and went line by line over our automobile and home owner insurance incase we had any questions. I have emailed Rusty Walters and Maria Durdee a few times and have always received quick professional responses back for all of my questions. Rusty is great to work with! While we were in the process of our purchasing our home, he and his staff were very easy to communicate with and streamlined that portion of our home-buying process. We were able to switch our auto policies to his agency, as well, and received better limits of coverage for less monies than our previous carrier! Although we hope we don’t have to file a claim, it’s great to know that Rusty’s agency will be able to streamline the process, should it happen.

Rusty has called after storms and checked in with us from time to time. Rusty really makes you feel like your one of the family.

They handled my recent flooded basement due to a power outage in better than I could have ever expected.
