Customer feedback is mixed regarding DBS Roofing. While several reviews praise the company's professionalism, prompt service, and reasonable pricing, some customers have reported significant issues with communication and clean-up after projects. Positive reviews highlight the dedication of the staff in addressing urgent repair needs, but negative experiences indicate a lack of organization in handling customer inquiries and debris management. Overall, the company's service quality seems to fluctuate, leaving some customers satisfied and others frustrated.
- They were very prompt and the price was the most reasonable among other competitors.
- Integrity means everything and these guys are top notch!
- Your attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding and very much appreciated.
- They are able to repair OR replace what you need and they are very easy to work with!
- He immediately knew the problem after seeing missing shingles.
- After the recent heavy rain, we discovered a leak and were told they don’t keep files in the office.
- My back patio was left a mess of shingles, nails, staples, packaging and their used water bottles.
- Despite calling twice to ensure the debris would be taken care of, it was left a mess.

Avoid this company at all costs. We moved in to a house that they had done work on. After the recent heavy rain, we discovered a leak. We reached out to see the scope of work they had done on the roof, and were told they don’t keep files in the office, and that they files need to be requested. I called three times only to be told they hadn’t received the files and he has to follow the process, before I asked for a manager to call me back. Instead of him calling me, I had to call back a fourth time, at which time he said they did virtually no work on that side of the roof, and that the contract was between the original owner and architect. When I originally called, he did not know if the leak was on the side they did work on. He never offered to share with me what work they did do on that side of the house, and couldn’t seem to understand why I was frustrated, and just said “there’s been a lot of rain”. There was no apology for the delay, no offer to come out and check the roof so they could get my business, and certainly no offer to explain the work that was done on that side of the roof. It basically was “that’s not our problem”.
It is obvious that they don’t care about their reputation and providing good customer service, and in my response to my frustration, said “why don’t you find another roofer”.

I highly recommend DBS roofing for anyone looking for roofing projects! It is hard for me to express my thanks and gratitude into words but I hope you know how much I appreciate everyone at DBS roofing and especially the project manager, Miguel Dubon. They were very prompt and the price was the most reasonable among other competitors. My roofing project was finished in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the end result. Mr. Dubon went above and beyond and also dealt with my home insurance problem.

Miguel, Omar and their team did exactly what they said they would for a reasonable price. Integrity means everything and these guys are top notch! Love my new roof, FIVE STARS!!!

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
