Our house has an attic exhaust fan that hasn't worked since we bought the house 9 years ago. It's designed to draw hot air out of my attic when the system's thermostat registers above a set temperature. This helps keep my living area cooler in hot weather, and with more frequent hot days occurring lately, I decided a working attic fan was important to have. I didn't know if the fan and/or thermostat needed to be repaired or replaced. I searched the internet for companies that did this work and scheduled three of them to come and look at the problem. John, the owner of Evolve Precision Contractors was the first to contact me, to come out to assess the problem, and gave me the best estimate. He was thorough and figured out that the motor was not working, even though there was electrical power to the system. He found a new replacement motor with a wired thermostat at a reasonable price. We scheduled the installation at a date and time convenient for the both of us. John came out on time, did the work carefully, made sure the new fan and thermostat worked, and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with John's friendly, professional attitude and would recommend Evolve Precision Contractors to anyone looking to have similar electrical work done.

Evolve refinished the back patio of my home - about 350 sq ft in total.

The service estimate process, scheduling, and the work itself were prompt and professional. As you can see from the before photos, the deck paint had chipped due to weather and was covered in debris. Overall, the deck was in terrible shape. John and crew power washed, sanded, and repainted the deck with weather proof seal that should last 7-10 years. The work took place over 2 days, and took another 1 day for the paint to completely dry.

The price was fair, and the project time & quality were a great value. I’m so pleased with the results and am grateful to Evolve for getting this project completed just a couple days after I reached out (and just in time for summer).

Absolutely thrilled with the carpet cleaning service provided by Sandra and John! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Customer service was amazing cleaning not so much we will look elsewhere. They 1/2 way cleaned the bathroom the trash can full walls still have cob webs and did not clean behind toilet the kitchen floor not mopped correctly or thoroughly well not be using service again please before you obtain this company's service check otherwise the price was 217 for two bathrooms and swifter mopping 2 bathrooms and a 1/2 of kitchen piss poor service John did not advise anything so please do not lie....DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE they do not do good service and please do not come with this half butt apology your service is garbage

Communication was definitely lacking and also many goofs on attention to detail and required cleanups that shouldn't have been needed that wasted everyone's time if done properly the first time.

Also recommend having someone that can speak english on site when starting and not trying to communicate via google translate.

Sandra’s crew did an excellent job painting our house. There were some areas that needed extra attention, and they did not hesitate to go the extra mile, including adding an extra layer of paint without any additional charges. The team was very communicative, and they made sure we were happy with the progress. The deep cleaning after the job was top-notch, leaving our place looking immaculate. Very happy with their work!

Booked weeks in advance, calling to cancel hours and then minutes before they are supposed to arrive. I had moved my schedule 3 times to accommodate theirs. I wasn’t even able to get them in the door despite weeks of constant communication with them. I had to confirm them, terrible managements. Things happen but disregard of others time is completely unacceptable. One urgent cancel is understandable, two makes it a bit of a problematic pattern. Dodged a bullet, if you’re a busy family I recommend skipping these guys altogether!

As we chatted, safety is a top concern. But the timing for how this all panned out does not add up. If it’s truly illness, I wish you all well. But cancelling TWICE for this within a day of each other and minutes before you’re expected is unreliable and poor management at best. We were not a fit, if people have wildly flexible schedules then surely avail these. No doubt the 5 stars was why I called and scheduled and waited for them for several weeks. It just seems odd and perhaps not the whole truth. Just avoid using them if reliability is a top priority in my opinion.

I happened to be in a precarious situation in which I needed carpet installed at a rental property the next day. I was lucky to find Evolve Precision Contractors. John, promised to help me out and get the job done just in time for the tenant to move in. John and Sandra were on site supervising the crew throughout the project.

I'm so appreciative of their professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship, and will certainly have them help us with other projects.

I love how easy it was to work with them. They got in touch with me via Thumbtack, provided an estimate, then scheduled a time to do the work. They completed the job as promised and left a ghastly hole in wall repaired. Thank you for the service.

Btw- the only reason the plaster isn’t painted is because I don’t know the paint and that was not a requested service.

I found Precision Contractors through a work order posting for stripping, re-sealing and painting 6 windows on the south side of my home which weather has damaged over the years. I was promptly contacted by John (U.S. Marine Corps Veteran here in Seattle area). We set up a time to come to my house to scope out the work of the project. I quickly received an electronic quote within 4 hours and the work was scheduled for the first non-rainy day of the workweek (Thursday). John and his team promptly arrived at the agreed upon start time of 7 am and finished the job by noon with a high degree of quality. Also, all materials were cleaned up and removed used in the refurb and painting job and no damage to surrounding landscape. John came by for a final inspection later that day and I promptly released the final payment for the work. I highly recommend Precision Contractors and will unhesitatingly use them again on any job I need scoped and executed.

He refers to you as yes sir and yes mam, at first threw mw off, but I found it charming and endearing. Very high quality work, fair price, and great communication.
