Davis Construction and Property Maintenance, LLC

We hired Davis Construction to repair a major leak in the master bathroom. We have dealt with many companies in the past, and we were extremely impressed with Mr. Davis’ knowledge and the professionalism both he and his crew exhibited. To add, they cleaned up after each day which I had never experienced before with a construction crew. We were so impressed that we hired them again the next time another job came up! Would highly recommend!

Our home was damaged by Hurricane Ida. We called Adam because we knew that he could handle all of the different things we needed done. We were not disappointed! We now have a brand new, expertly installed roof. His team also replaced all of the damaged fascia on the front of our home, and installed awesome gutters all the way around! We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Our house looks better than it did before the storm!

Company rudely blocks my driveway while visiting another neighbor. There were plenty of other spaces around even right in front of the neighbors he was there for but he choose right in front of my driveway and set there for close to an hour. I was coming out to go get food and gas but the driver was no where to be found so I had to sit there and wait. Plus they were in front of a fire hydrant which is illegal as well. Very rude and Inconsiderate company.

Davis Construction was recommended to me by a family member who had their bathroom redone. I got to see progress pictures from their project before and after and was blown away.

We had our Kitchen, and two of our bathrooms redone, the kitchen install included removal of a load bearing wall. The results were amazing. The two bathrooms prior to repairs were leaky, dated messes. Now they're beautiful, functional bathrooms. The kitchen was also dated prior to the repairs and the wall made the house feel much smaller than it actually was.

There were a few unexpected discoveries, such as termite damage and plumbing problems, but despite being outside of the scope of work, Davis Construction tackled the extra work, and were reasonable with the change order charges.

It was a pleasure to have Adam and his team work with us in our house. I look forward to our next project together.

Adam, Alex and Nannie treated my home as if it were their own. They were very respectful and organized. They left the work spaces as clean as possible every day.
They remodeled our master bath, guest bath and kitchen and all three spaces were major projects. Their knowledge and expertise of their craft went so beyond our expectations and all three spaces are beautiful and functional now. We could not be happier with their work.

We recently had Davis Construction build us a new fence. It is beautiful! It was a really smooth process and I highly recommend Davis Construction for fencing and beyond. Everyone was very professional and finished the fence ahead of my expectations.

After discovering that we had extensive termite damage to our house and back porch, Davis Construction did a phenomenal job of repairing the damage as well as renovating our porch and making it even better than it was before! My husband and I absolutely LOVE the results of our renovation, and have also used Davis Construction to install large cypress columns to our front porch and refinish the front door. Throughout the entire process, Adam Davis was always 100% reliable and trustworthy. He was able to solve any problems that came up along the way and the quality of their work is impeccable. In addition to the exterior work, all interior termite damage to the dry wall and crown molding was repaired and left as good as new! I have already recommended Davis Construction to my friends and family, and I will definitely be using them in the future!
