I installed the slate roof back in 2018 I believe. I am attaching pictures. The roof has not held up at in Texas. We have experienced fading and failure on the shingles. When we have called to make claim on the warranty with provided proof, we were told it would take three months for them even to send somebody to look at the roof. For the price of the product, I am truly disappointed and I would certainly make sure you understand what is and is not covered on the warranty before you invest in this roof, particularly in the south

DaVinci is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Corporate approved a return for a major hotel after seeing clear pictures of the materials we were sending back. We spent over $5,000 shipping it back only to be told it was too dusty for resale and would only receive $3,000 back on a $35,000 material return. Do not trust this company. Go Inspire all the way.
